I’m content with the Alice bubble machine. The main reason I purchased was the price and warranty, also as a costumer you can request training is you want to feel more confident using the machine.

I purchased my unit in October 2024 and received it within about 10 days. Using the device is very straightforward, and it definitely delivers a unique muscle stimulation workout. I used it 8 times in the first month and paired it with a light workout plan, moderate walking schedule, and healthy diet. After about 4 weeks, I started to notice more lines of definition in my abs (especially the obliques that are hard to train).

I plan to continue using it on a bi-weekly basis to keep my core tight. What I found interesting is that it's tough for me to go past 80% intensity—everyone's different though, because my wife was able to go beyond that sooner. So it's all about finding your comfort zone.

I also really appreciate how clean, sleek, and customizable the device is. Overall, it’s a great addition to my fitness routine.

I purchased this machine because I was spending $$$$ doing emsculpt at a med spa. It works very well in comparison & is very easy to use. After using it about 6 times, I have once noticed a slight irregularity in the pattern. Overall, great.

Perfect equipment for my business. It took about 4-5 weeks for the equipment to be delivered, well packaged and undamaged. Canta provided training on the equipment they sold and great customer service for all inquiries and questions. During training they provided the recommended settings for the equipment and answered all questions. I'm now ready to start providing service on my clients. I have ordered a NEO Slim Home Machine for this Magnet Field High Intensive Training because this was offered in a small gym studio here in the South of Germany. So i know that this works.

I was initially skeptical about ordering from Canta Esthetic because i'm based in Europe (Germany) and Shipping is always a big concern especially within the EU and UK even with cross border shipments; also if the device would arrive safely and work as promised and within the specification. However, I'm thrilled to say that all my doubts were completely unfounded! Not only did the machine arrive exactly as described, but it was also shipped in an incredibly sturdy metal case, adding an extra layer of professionalism and security to the delivery. The device works perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Additionally, the customer support team was fantastic—every question or concern I had was answered promptly and professionally (questions about the manual, power connector, CE Certification... they just answered everthing in a prof. way) . For other European customers considering a purchase, you can absolutely trust this company - as described above its okay to have some mixed feelings about delivery sometimes but the machines works as expected and it is send in a very professional manner.

It took just over 6 weeks to be delivered. The shipping timeframe estimates on the website are not accurate. The person assigned to handle my account was extremely helpful and provided updates whenever I asked.
