Great service

The problem with my car was sorted quickly and efficiently, considering it was a bank holiday weekend by Gareth and his team. Gareth did everything he could to support me, he even gave me a lift home.

Absolutely shocking, reported the fault in the middle of December. It is now May and is being rectified next week, a whole 5 months later!!
And this isn’t the first time!!

No fuss, straight forward service

First time I've ever had tyre insurance. We were offered the policy by the Ford dealership when we bought our new car recently and I was really glad I took it out when we had a puncture! They were very helpful and settled the claim within a couple of weeks - the full cost of the new tyre, no problems.

Easy to claim as well as fast and professional service. Definitely worth having the cover.

I’ve been paying for a care plan following purchasing a vehicle. I wish to cancel. The website has a form to fill out - I’ve filled it out twice - no response. I tried phoning and the line cuts off. I’ve had no level of customer service.

The repair appointment was cancelled by the repairer on the day of the appointment. Hence cannot rate service received.

Car was in limp mode and needed to be recovered to the dealer who sold me the car.

Diagnostic check showed 3 issues had been recorded. Car Care plan only approved the resolution of 1 of the errors. The next day, the EML reappeared.

Further 100 mile round trips needed to the repairer. Local garages dont want to deal with Car Care Plan due to them trying to negotiate lower repair costs.

This warranty is not the all singing, all dncing warranty which the dealer sold to me

Very simple process and didn't have to wait long for the appointment. The technician was great and did a wonderful job - so good that they come to you too!
