Very pleasant to deal with and understanding. Rachael Higginson in particular was a pleasure to deal with.

Disappointing but not surprising behaviour. It seems the stories about unscrupulous management companies is true with this one as well. Caveat Emptor!

Mayfield Mansion Square has had some high expense work to manage in recent months and Caleb has been at the centre of negotiations, on our behalf, with a number of providers/contractors. My name is Robert and I am in the proceess of getting new windows fitted in my property and asked Charles White Ltd to help me with parking for my window fitter at the back of the flats as my tenant needs the dedicated parking space. I sent a parking proposal to Robyn Rae and recieved a prompt reply from Susan Donaldson.Susan contacted P4 parking and explained my issue and they came back to her and approved my parking plan..Thanks to both Robyn and Susan for their work in getting this resoved..well done.

I’m a tenant of one of the buildings Charles White manages. I’m impressed with my experiences to date with the company and in particular Rachael Higginson. She has answered any query that has occurred as well as sorting our gym fob which had stopped working. She replies and sorts all queries in a quick and timely manner and has been extremely helpful.

Susan Donaldson was really helpful with an issue we had recently - they manage the flat above ours and they were leaking into ours.
Susan dealt with the issue swiftly and was a pleasure to deal with.

Had a problem with P4 parking & visitors pass and Susan sorted it straight away. Really appreciate it.

Peter McGarvey did an excellent job arranging for the roof tiles, which had been displaced in the recent gales, refitted so the roof was sound again. The work was done very quickly.

Robyn Rae is an exemplary factor/ property manager. She took charge of a very difficult multi-party communal repair which required all her great skills and qualities - experience, highly skilled project management, diligence, tenacity, tact, diplomacy, integrity....you name it, she has it! The repair has gone very well, when it could easily have been otherwise in less capable hands. More generally, Charles White Limited have been a delight to deal with - they also are exemplary.

Paul was very helpful of sorting out the light outside our house in Millreagh. Dundonald. Replied promptly to our email and getting the light fixed.

Maria from Charles White quickly sorted out two recent issues with stair lighting and the roof. The roofer even came out on a Saturday! Thanks!

Charles White have just taken over the managing of our development and they appear to be well organised and very professional. Long may this continue

Charles White is a professional and efficient firm with well mannered and knowledgeable staff. They run meetings efficiently and are well prepared. They have been a breath of fresh air managing our housing development and I would particularly highlight the excellent work of Maria Cooper.

Relations with Charles White haven’t always been smooth sailing however since Robyn Rae took over as our client relationship manager, things have greatly improved. I would like to think that Robyn’s level of service is now the norm for Charles White so that if she leaves, the standard we have become used to can continue. Communication is now excellent and the twice yearly residents meetings introduced and facilitated by Robyn have proved extremely beneficial. Five out of five for current service.

After a couple of bounced emails from colleagues no longer at Charles White, our emails ended up with Robyn who has been incredibly helpful. She's ensured that our issues have been sorted quickly and has been great at communication between ourselves and external companies. She's also provided some sound advice from her own experiences!

We have had excellent service from Robyn and the team at Charles Whyte over the past year or so. Robyn's suggestion to have a regular group meeting for all the flat owners was an excellent idea and ensures good communications and collaboration. In particular, we are very impressed with the speed of response to queries and the follow up on all items.

I’m delighted with Charles White’s service. They manage my property, and I’ve always found them professional and efficient.

Recently, there were some issues with the property, and I was in touch with Jessica Rae, the Client Relationship Manager responsible for the building. Jessica has been absolutely fantastic - she’s incredibly responsive, always quick to reply, and consistently goes above and beyond to offer help and solutions.
