Chubb make it so easy for us when our annual service is due. The engineer knows the home very well and goes around to each piece of equipment and checks them thoroughly we do not need to supervise him as he knows where they all are and gives us recommendations, he gets on with the job quickly and independently and is polite to the residents and staff making conversations too

Engineer went on first attendance did not look at detector or panel . fault then came back new detector needed - two visits for something that could have been sorted in one still waiting for response from chubb on this as charged for both visits
