Best ERP software

Good software using for last three years, and always can have good support 24/7.

Priya Dooley was excellent!

Priya Dooley was excellent in providing her expertise to resolve our issues. I would like to give her 5 stars on communication and clear solutions all in a timely manner - on the flip side, our company continues to find limitations on what CIN7 can do we hope to have the same high level of assistance that Priya provided to me on our other open tickets.

Dennis Clarke has been the absolute best tech I have worked with on live chat. Funny, Quick to respond, and put the effort into solving the issue I had.

If I was able to select a dedicated support rep. Dennis would be my guy all day everyday!

Shout out to Shahnaz Talukdar for his very comprehensive support call.

however we would appreciate if we could directly access the support team via local phone number, as it is often difficult to explain issues via a support ticket.

I had an urgent need to get into my…

I had an urgent need to get into my account for one of our companies that I don't have to access often. I did not have the 2FA set up for that company, so I couldn't get in.
I let support know of my urgent need, and they were able to help me out in a VERY timely manner and I was able to accomplish my tasks without issue. SO helpful!!

Customer Support is non existent

Highly recommend staying away from this software. Integration with Shopify has been buggy for over a year. Subscription prices continue to increase by huge margins with no additional benefits. Support is almost non existent, slow to reply and when they do it is nonsensical words pretending they are looking into the issue. We have been waiting well over a week for information on an integration issue with our shopify store. Orders are not consolidating into CIN7 meaning we need to do everything manually. Issue started following a CIN7 update. The cost for us to change to another software system is absolutely immense and yet we are looking at best alternative options because the support for CIN7 is so so bad.

Once a good solution

We've been using Cin7 for about 7 years. The experience is hallmarked by inconsistency and price hikes. What started as the most cost effective solution and smooth onboarding with ultimate customer satisfaction transformed to being completely ignored for two years.

This was followed by a sudden renewed interest in customer satisfaction and making sure it all works as it should, and once again, I could not be happier and the pain from the two previous years was easily forgotten.

However, I'm guessing it was sold again and now the company is working hard on maximising returns and minimising customer satisfaction (reducing cost). The new backing is aggressively buying other entities and introducing steep price increasing every 6 months. We're now paying $36,000 a year for what was once a cost effective solution.

By comparison, 7 years ago we spent about $3500 a year. When asked about this the response is the same as always; we've made improvements. Though whether those improvements actually are remain unclear. Rolling another company into your portfolio does not mean things improved.

The product itself; it does what is supposed to do. Not in a spectacular way or earth shattering new approach. It's the same as most other solutions out there. If anything, the interface is outdated and has not had a lift for the last 7 years, it's also not particularly user friendly or intuitive. The extra software Omni has purchased are poor integrations and literally still stand alone companies that connect through the Cin7 API. They're not properly integrated and were never designed to work exclusively with Cin7.
