CloudCone suspended my VPS without any prior notice, leaving my services down without explanation. I have been trying to reach their support for the last 13 hours, and there has been ZERO response.
This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable for any service provider, let alone one that claims to offer "reliable" hosting. If you value your uptime and need a hosting provider that actually communicates and respects its customers, DO NOT USE CLOUDCONE.

Unreliable Service and Unresponsive Support
I've been using a dedicated server with CloudCone for the past two years, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The server has had significant downtime repeatedly, sometimes lasting over six hours. To make matters worse, their support team is unresponsive during these outages, leaving me without updates or solutions. This lack of reliability and poor customer service has made CloudCone a frustrating choice for hosting. Would not recommend.

I have very bad experience in Cloudcone, years ago I was fooled by Cloudcone staff, he promised that my funds deposit to my wallet in backpanel of Cloudcone could be refunded at any time just need a ticket submission, but just several months past, I got denied when I try to withdraw a little to use in other item, fully different statement was given, I reported to BBB, BBB staff told me Cloudcone has no physical office in U.S., finally I find it's absolutely a Sri Lanka company, there's no business in U.S., do not be cheated by them, I have all proofs with Cloudcone staffs and BBB.

Not reliable
I used CC as a cloud computing provider. On one of my instances I received an abuse report for sending unwanted mail (probably?), although I did not send any emails, nor interacted with any third parties from the server. What happened next was:
1) I replied to the ticket on the same day trying to clarify the situation.
2) my server instance was suspended on the next day because of my inactivity, i.e. despite me replying to the ticket.
3) the service remained unavailable with me being unable to access my data for a week.
In the week passed, I made unsuccessful attempts to sort the situation out with the support. It seems that some parts of the conversation were actually with bots (maybe, it was very weird). In the end, my instance was unsuspended and I was requested to fix the problem without deleting the instance. Nice...except there was no problem on my side.
I immediately destroyed the server instance to avoid being billed further and now waiting if there is going to be a refund. Refund conditions almost seem to be indicative of a fraud because a) destroying the instance without solving the abuse report supposedly disqualifies you for a refund (albeit I repeat - there was no abuse on my side), so you get continually charged, or b) you continue being charged for an unreliable service that you do not want to use anymore.
I suggest to stay away from this service or deposit only very small amounts of money that you are willing to lose.
Reference ticket numbers: #9589137, #5264464, #0986017. As of now, some of the tickets were edited and large parts of the conversation deleted in the internal system.

I have been a Cloudcone customer for many years. I set up and buy the vps from my clients. They recently opened a pre Black Friday sale and I loaded credits on the account. Then when trying to buy a 404 error came out even though there was stock.After that, when I tried later, the vps package I wanted to buy was no longer available, even though I had my credits available. Because of this I asked to be helped then with the refund of the credit more than 16 Days!! . The policy says that refunds are processed in 7 Days but it's the date and I don't have an answer. I loved Cloudcone's service but I'm afraid I'd rather move my customers to another provider. I'm still waiting for my money back. Referral ticket: #9618875 / #1246262

YOUR VPS SERVER IS DOWN AGAIN AND AGAIN.... AND AGAIN... WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU CLOUDCONE?
I am very reluctant to write this. This is more than 10 times I have complained about my VPS which is always down. EVEN AFTER REBOOT. AFTER 30 MINUTES THE RE-BOOTING STATUS DOES NOT RETURN. I logged in to your https://app. cloudcone com dashboard. I even recorded it. But your ticketing system won't allow me to attach a video recording of your server crash.
The Control Panel is always difficult to access. Slow handling and not finding a good solution. I don't want other people to experience the same BAD experience with CLOUDCONE.
IF YOU INTEND TO OFFER SERVER PRODUCTS, PLEASE MAKE SURE THE RELIABILITY OF YOUR SERVER IS QUALIFIED.

This site is the worse hosting website in my life. I dont even have words how to describe this. I see everybody’s reviews are the same. Why did you suspend my account, im trying to reach you every day, you just keep ignoring me. Ive used my servers just for 3 days and without any notification you just suspended it. If i broke your policy why dont you tell me that after that i can take an action to fix them. Please refund my money back. Again this is the worse hosting website ever

This is my third time reaching out, and each response has left me speechless. In the previous comment, you replied that my account has no issues, but it clearly shows that I cannot log in. You also asked me to submit a ticket, but how can I do that if I can't access my account? Since March 1st, I have been sending emails to their official mailbox every day, and they only replied to me on March 6th, but the problem has not been resolved until now. My whole week has been wasted. As a consumer who pays regularly every month, I am extremely disappointed and angry with the repeated banning of my account and this kind of delaying and neglectful treatment.

Worsening Service day by day
Have been a loyal customer for 3+ years and the level of their service gets worse day by day.
Have had an open ticket with the for 7 days. They were not able to identify that the server bandwidth is consumed (for 3 days) although I told them it is consumed and I need to purchase additional bandwidth. Days after they noticed that, no one has replied to me to add the additional bandwidth (paid). My server is down for 8 days already.
