They are simply the best. I am fully satisfied with their service. They never charged extra but do the work which is exceptional.

I’m so impressed with their service! I wanted to transfer to CloudCone because my previous package from another service provider was expiring in 72 hours. I asked them to migrate the cPanel accounts from my previous server asap. There were 866 accounts and I was worried. However, CloudCone took quick action and migrated all 866 accounts in under 48 hours! Since I didn’t have root access to my previous server they had to do the migrations account by account too but somehow they got it done in such little time! Their service is great.

They removed our production VPS because the credits balance was too low. I did not receive any notices in my mailbox or anywhere else. All I found was their newsletters. I was paying for snapshots in case anything would happen to the VPS and the data. Though this snapshot also got deleted.
After that I tried to refund the remaining credits still on the account but this was also not possible.

Lost lots of time and money on this. Do Not Use.

We strongly advices to avoid cloudcone.com at all cost. Rather than search for other good provider. One of the biggest scammer from Bangladesh and USA. These scam cloudcone.com will suspend your service with zero tolerance and even did not refund your money. All I did is just downloading linux ISO, they suspend the vps illigally by mentioning ddos attack! If ISO download is a attack then this scammers need some life in hell. Worst cloudcone.com experience.

I tried twice to set up an account. I am new to this sort pay as you go hosting and had questions before starting about possible free account for one week to try. This was ignored. My requests for information before getting started and how much it would cost were also ignored. I was just told give us your money. Poor technical sales staff. I would avoid at all costs. I am sure they will have something to say but they lost a customer who tried twice to engage with them. Fail.

Usually have had no problem with them besides the network speed varying A LOT, sometimes ultra slow, sometimes totally normal.

Support tickets can be lengthy and I mean it, takes them usually few days to reply, and currently have been waiting for over a month just for them to be able to tell why I cannot reach any NTP server outside of the network, support seems unable to accept there is no server-issue even when provided with all the evidence that it is not a server/firewall problem.

Good for tests, but based on my experience with them, I wouldn't rely on them for anything that needs serious production QoS.

Edit: Two months now waiting for the solution for a ticket. Have been updating the ticket every 15 days, zero response or responsability.

Edit: After making another ticket to complain about the lack of response from the first ticket, finally they responded that they indeed block NTP port, which sucks because that is not documented anywhere on their page.

Total Ticket response time until they finally acknowledged the problem: around 2 months and a half.

I came across Cloudcone from an advertisement. I love how you can customize your server specs to tailor your needs as opposed to being stuck with preconfigured specs. In addition, the service is amazing and the downtime is minimal. I've broken so many Cloudcone VPS's while practicing my Linux skills and I love how you can just reinstall your VPS like it's nothing. This is an excellent and affordable platform if you want to move away from shared hosting and more towards self managed hosting. Great job Cloudcone!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I had very complicated issue, someone removed reboot folder and all ports of the server was off, the technical staff did their best and give me the files manual and helped me to install the files and dbs into another server, Thank you cloudcone

slow respond 5 hours down without notification and no support at all

I hope professional server prices can be discounted? Is the current $ 59 professional server, I hope the price can be discounted, there is vps machine, system improvements and some software can not be installed. My other nodes are already very good.

The best cloud service provider I ever used

I know this VPS provider through a famous VPS test website 91yun and I set up VPS here mostly because they are providing a free credit of 5 dollars then . I used the VPS for private proxy
So I chose the least resources and deploy an VPS
The most amazing feature which draw my interest is that they calculate bill by hour just like vultr and it's data center is qoudcone which I am not familiar . However , it provide a high quality connection from China mainland to Los Angeles which is almost the same of QN data center
The only thing I think need to improve is that it's uplink port is only 100 Mbps I will be very glad if it promotes to Gbps port or even 10 Gbps uplink port.
