Non existence support
Nonexistent support: it's as if someone created an application and abandoned it on autopilot. Or perhaps someone developed this application but doesn't have time to manage their passion project. Cloudcone is just like that: VPS servers on shared resources with absolutely no support.

Gave up on them. I moved my servers elsewhere
Update on 9th of December, 2024: I gave up on them and took my servers elsewhere. Their backup and snapshot feature (which was free) wasn't working and they couldn't fix it even after a month. Since their support was very slow, the backup feature was my last straw with them.

Update on 13th of Sep 2024: The company’s support is absolutely ridiculous, they can’t even prioritize important support tickets and my ticket has been open for the past 5 days, absolutely ridiculous.

I have been using CloudCone since it launched. Initially, the service was top notch and I was absolutely pleased with the service. But for the last two months, I have been facing issues with their support. They take ages to reply, especially two weeks ago, the backups weren't taking place and I had no reply for over 5 days and had to inform them that I am moving out of CloudCone and if they would be able to fix it at least then and well, then they fixed it.

I had a very disappointing experience with CloudCone. I was accused of having multiple accounts, which I don't have, and ripped $10 without any explanation. When I contacted customer support to resolve the issue, I was met with hostility and unhelpfulness. I provided evidence of my innocence, but the representative refused to listen and ultimately closed the ticket without resolving the issue. I would not recommend using CloudCone as a server provider due to their unprofessionalism and lack of customer care.

Great cloud provider. The performance of their cloud servers is fantastic, I'm delighted with that. they also have time-to-time deals so I can decrease my expenses. you can purchase a 1GB VPS for 21$ annually its amazing.

I tested their SC2 services and it was awesome. compared to other providers like DigitalOcean, Vultr, etc they perform excellently. they also have some very nice discounts from time to time. the other thing I like is they pack all the important features together like a cloud firewall, snapshots, auto-backups, etc.
Now a day they are not good service provider. They provide very noise service.
They are really not good service provider. They dont handel the clients issue, without any notice they just put server down and after told us its was spaming or bla bla bla.
But without any notice they do this with me more than 10 times and when i knock them, they ask me have i backup or do i anything change my server or bla bla bla.
When server is down, how can i do anything? They dont know this simple matter and how they down any server without a single notice?
Its not business professionalize. Now a day i thing maybe they are a Spam hosting company. How they treat me, i am really to much unhappy. They distroy my business and now from 100 client to i have 76 hosting under there server another all clients i move to my others server.
But, one thing i want to say, there support them is awesome, all time they try to help me but its not enough to. When my server is down, what i do that time with there support team, if they can't online my server.

Another down and it has been 3 hours. Goddamn , I had to move all my services out . the services getting down every 2 months and mostly downtime more than 1 hour.
Extremely bad server
Extremely bad server. i am using their 2gb RAM and 2 core CPU VPS server for 8 months. just using one brand new wordpress site without visitors with only default theme and plugins. but every single hour their server goes down and they keep saying me my RAM and CPU is using the over limit. but how could a simple wordpress website goes down with 2 GB ram? it has only 2 page and cloudflare and site cache is activated still their RAM and CPU using high resource. i would say its a scam they dont refund, they keep saying upgrade the plans.

I thought this company was pretty good but actually for their email hosting 500 emails is really low and when I left I had 18$ in my account but they wont refund it. I guess that money is a parting gift for switching to another email hosting service.

Great service.
I have been using the email hosting service for about a month now, some email reached the spam folder of a recipient, but that is not necessarily the fault of the service provider.
I really like the user interface they have, they use SOGo as a webmail client, and the interface is also nice and it is a functional client.
The price is quite affordable.
I do not have any record of having lost an email.
It is an excellent service.

Pros:
1. Modest price
2. UI looks good.
3. Network is much improved after maintenance in 2020 December.
Cons:
1. It may take days to resolve a request for IP-switching
2. Occasionally service down or network congestion
Wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole
They are straight garbage i am waiting 19 days on a refund and cant get support to message me im about to call debt card company to resolve this this is out of hand i keep getting wait 7 days its been 19 what's your excuse now? If your looking for something good try racknerds 10x better then this junk

i just started using CloudCone and was suprised with the service i got for what i pay .
best migration ive experienced so far .am using it to protect my gaming servers + applications and website.
attacks been 24/7 migrated even i didnt notice am being attacked !
overall very helpful Support team that they will assist!.
my rate is 9/10 and reason for missing 1 is timming in answering some tickets (monday top friday) only timming is normal bussiness hours .
hope that will be fixed .
Good price, not so good performance.
Whilst server setup and provisioning was relatively quick, and the pricing is competitive, I found the SSH rather unresponsive, and upon further testing, the disk IOPS are all over the place, with the VPS becoming unresponsive at times.
Furthermore, the images provided for deployment are outdated, with Ubuntu only being as recent as 18.04, and Arch being an image from 2018 (which meant I had to fight with GPG to upgrade the system to the latest packages)
I used my VPS for a total of 27 minutes before giving up. I've had instances ready to go with my docker stack within an hour on Vultr and even DigitalOcean, but this host was still stuck halfway updating the OS before I quit.
The tic-tac-toe game when provisioning is a nice touch, but it'd be nicer if the servers performed better.

Can't Utilise 100% of CPU Constantly
From my understanding, let's say you purchase multiple VPS , the company doesn't allow it to run at 100% , basically they will question what you're doing and get you to upgrade to a dedicated or more expensive VPS.
You are only allowed to peak 100% for a short period of time, not 24/7 for a month.

We're sorry to hear this. However, resources such as CPU, IO activity are fairly shared on public clouds. This is mentioned in our Acceptable Use Policy.
If you require 100% utilization of resources, a dedicated server or a VDI should suite you.

Exactly my point, you don't get such issue with Digital Ocean / AWS , but your VPS is bench marked against them. Theirs could be running at 100% of the time , your's couldn't it's not a fair comparison at all.
Your should be able to limit the resource usage and burst , not throw some "Acceptable Use Policy" at your customers. It makes you look like some one man small startup really.
