Just completed my level 4 in sports massage and the tutor Tom made it enjoyable and shared a lot of his knowledge with us particularly on trigger points. Would recommend ✅

Just completed my level 4 training with Tom he is a fantastic tutor and his knowledge is amazing. If you are considering training with diverse do it you will not regret it. Thank you Tom for the amazing training session and making it informative but really really enjoyable.

Terrible communication, was firstly issued with the wrong certificate so I was unable to teach aerobics, though they did then put me in for ETM again for free. Tutors were all absolutely amazing - on zooms, during in-person training, and once you were able to get through on the phone. It is a great shame there were so many negative issues, as I would love to give them five stars on the quality of the teaching.

There was a delay in even getting acknowledgment that I had completed my PT course, several emails and calls were exchanged and I kept getting asked the same question over and over again until they finally agreed I had completed and passed everything so that my certificate could be awarded.

When I signed up for PT and Sports Massage was told I would love the new learning platform but it was way worse having to use whatcourse - it was difficult for me to navigate (I am not good with technology), but mostly it kept crashing and freezing.

I had to keep chasing up answers to questions. I also got told I was exempt from certain units but when I chased up to get those ticked off, staff seemed unaware that I was exempt so it took a while to get those units ticked off.

I signed up to attend a Sports Massage weekend on Zoom, and got booked onto a Level 3 instead of Level 4, so obviously staff had not checked things there.

Unfortunately due to the continued incompetence of admin and office staff, and the failure to learn and improve, I need to give a poor review. If communication wasn’t such an issue, Diverse Trainers would be amazing, because of the tutors - hence the two stars rather than the one I was originally going to give.

Diverse trainer is a brilliant course provider where I completed both a combined Level 2 & 3 Personal Training course and a Level 4 Nutrition course.

My tutor, Charisse, was excellent throughout — always polite, cheerful, supportive, and genuinely helpful whenever guidance was needed.

In addition to being my tutor, she was also my Level 3 Personal Training assessor. She delivered assessment sessions in a clear, calm, and approachable manner while still being thorough and professional, ensuring every learner fully understood what they were doing and felt comfortable throughout the process.

Just finished my level 3 PT blended course, Charisse has been amazing from answering the call to me on school pick up and making me feel welcome and comfortable at the in person training weekend making it enjoyable and fun while also learning at the same time. She went above and beyond her friendly manner makes you feel instant warmth she is such a lovely supportive tutor. Diverse trainers are privileged to have her as part of their team. Thanks Charisse for everything.

I completed the sports massage webinar with Tom over the weekend - I was initially skeptical of the webinar idea, but it was great. Tom was really thorough and engaging, leaving hardly any questions for us to ask as he covered everything.
I would definitely recommend the company.

Doing the level 3 sports massage course which has been brilliant. Tom has been a great tutor sharing his invaluable real life experiences and advice aswell as indepth knowledge. Alot better than the boring script reading often on similar courses. Thanks Tom 👍🏻

Tom, the online trainer was exceptionally knowledgeable. He demonstrated the different massage techniques brilliantly. He provided detailed answers to our questions.I would definitely recommend DT online training, to anyone.

I’m currently in the process of completing my level 3 sports massage course. I have just completed my online weekend workshop with Tom who was very thorough and answered any questions I had!

I started my Level 3 Sports Massage course about 8 weeks ago, today I had my zoom webinar with Tom who was absolutely brilliant and made sure we are all ready for a video assessments. He answered all our questions and made the weekend webinar engaging and gave us a lot of tips for the future.

**EDIT** - the below did happen and was very real HOWEVER I have since spoken with Chris at Diverse.

He was so apologetic & helpful. He agreed that the phone call I had with the employee was not ideal (he listened to it) - we went back and fourth with my views and the companies, he really listened to everything I had to say (and also explained their point of view too).

They offered me a small cost back (refund) plus a complimentary course (that is worth a lot of money) - so although this does not take away the downer of what happened - I am happy they have realised the issues they had. As a small business owner myself, I never complain but I really felt strongly about the experience I had and I can safely say they have done their best to fix it!

I am hoping they have learnt from me being so open with them about my experience and can make changes going forward - they have gone above and beyond to fix this with me and make me a happy customer - thank you!

I booked with Diverse Trainers to complete my Exercise to Music qualification and honestly this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a training provider.

I chose the online-only course because it was advertised as flexible, quicker and included “1-2-1 support throughout.” In reality, there was little to no support at all. I completed all coursework and online exams independently because nobody ever checked in, guided me or properly helped when I had questions. Emails were almost ALWAYS ignored whenever I needed support.

Before my practical exam, I even booked a support call to ask questions about my assessment video. I asked things like whether I could have more than 3 participants and whether under 18s were allowed. The tutor’s responses were basically “Yeah I think so” and “I’m not really sure.” I found that shocking for a company delivering qualifications and also for answers that were part of a '1-2-1 support call'.

The biggest issue came when submitting my practical exam. I uploaded all paperwork onto the online portal, but when I tried to upload my video, THEIR WEBSITE told me the file was too large and instructed me to email it instead. So that is exactly what I did.

I emailed over my exam video on the 19th April 2026 clearly stating my name and that it was my exam submission, and received a reply saying work would be marked within 10 working days.

Four weeks later (14th May 2026), I had heard absolutely nothing.

I sent exactly five follow-up emails within that month after submitting and received no response at all. I eventually had to phone them. The first lady (customer services) I spoke to was lovely and could clearly see that all my work and emails had been received, and even she could not understand why nobody had responded or marked my exam or anything.

I was then passed onto a tutor and honestly I have never experienced customer service like it. She was rude, sarcastic and completely dismissive from the beginning. She blamed ME because I had not written “Exercise to Music” in the email subject line, despite me following the exact instructions given on their website. She said "how did you expect us to find the exam in the emails to mark it?" YOUR WEBSITE told me to email it!
I was then told they “don’t monitor emails” - which honestly left me speechless considering their website literally tells students to email exam submissions over if the files are too large.

At no point was there any accountability or apology. Instead, I was made to feel stupid for following their instructions. Also made to feel like a real inconvenience. 4 weeks after submitting my exam with 5 emails and a phone call with an extremely rude and unprofessional tutor later - I got my email to say I had passed (yay). I wonder now how long it will take for my digital certificate to come through.

I have worked in the dance and fitness industry for years, I own my own dance school and have completed many qualifications throughout my career. As a business owner myself, I rarely leave bad reviews because I understand how hard businesses work and I genuinely like supporting people. That is why writing this is disappointing but I needed to let others know.

Do not use this company if you want any form of decent, polite & quick communication. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anybody.

Excellent customer service, Sharease is the bestest ever.

I had a few questions along the way whilst completing my course. Every time I called the phones were answered straight away, no being put on hold. All the staff I spoke to were really friendly and went out of their way to help. A special mention for Charisse who was super helpful. I had some reservations about taking an online course, but I would 100% recommend Diverse trainers to anyone looking to gain qualifications within the fitness industry.

I completed my Level 2 Gym Instructor course through Diverse Trainers and have to say that their tutors were extremelly helpful and friendly throughout the process. The content is well structured to not seem daunting, and tutors always on standby if you need any assistance.

Over the past two weeks on the course, I’ve gained a real insight into the fitness industry and what it takes to become a Personal Trainer.

The training, guidance, and ongoing support from the Diverse Trainers team have been outstanding. Every member of staff—both in the office and in the gym—has played a part in helping me achieve my goals.

A special mention goes to Tom and Emma, whose support, teaching, and coaching have been exceptional. Their dedication and encouragement have made a huge difference to my journey, and it’s thanks to them that I’ve successfully achieved my goal of becoming a qualified Personal Trainer.
