Great course — very thorough and covered everything you could possibly need to know as a gym instructor! The price was reasonable, and the option to pay monthly made it much more manageable. The team was also very helpful, which made it easy whenever I had questions or issues. I would highly recommend!

I am so delighted finishing my ETM course with Diverse Trainers. Right from the start each step when I needed any kind of IT support, or, how to use the online Platform program. The frendly customer service was always there to help you. My teacher Kate helped me in the Zoom Meeting. She answered all the issues or questions I had. The good thing was I could do this course within my time scales there was no russ to finish it quickly. I give 9 out of 10 ****

I have recently completed my online L3 personal training course with diverse. I would rate them 5 starts for customer service as you can always get through fast when calling however I haven’t had a great experience with the online learning portal. I chose this method of learning as I was working a full time job so it was impossible for me to attend face to face training, the portal is confusing and a lot of the specification is unclear e.g level 2&3 are mixed up in the same course with no clear structure to which assessment is which as both are labelled L3. The admin team did their best to try help and were always polite. I’d like to say Charisse has gone above and beyond with getting me through this course, I’d become very frustrated after calling up multiple times and having no clear answer to my issues until I got in contact with her - she always listened and got any issues resolved straight away and was very on the ball with marking. Thank you Charisse as without you I’d have been no closer to passing this course your help is extremely appreciated :)

I just finished their Level 3 Sports Massage course online. I was initially unsure how effective the delivery would be, but the trainer was incredible and really knowledgable.
Only down side is that sometimes communication with them can take a while, although there are times when you get a response the same day.
They switched to a new online learning platform mid-way through my course which caused a bit of chaos, but now that's settled it is a great and much improved learning experience.
Be warned, if you go for a distance learning course, you only get out what you put in. I am now starting the Level 4 course with them.

Diverse Trainer Assessor Charisse was knowledgeable, down to earth and professional, good mentoring skills. The Gym Location could have been more accommodating, though it had everything to accommodate needs, it could potentially intimate and affect students who have not previously had exposure to, over all a great experience.

Charisse Emma & Neil absolutely superb tutors. Always there to help you & get you through the theory & practical assessments. Charisse & Emma who I had on the day of my practical assessment were amazing I didn’t feel nervous and got on with my assessment. These tutors explain everything to you properly and they make sure that you have understood what you need to know & get you passing the course.Keep up the Good work team Diverse. 👏

The overall experience using this company was stressful 😩
So to start with some of the information on the coursework was missing around 17 -20 pages of pictures and information I had to chase them up all the time to get it corrected even after they had said they had double check everything was there and correct 🙄
Then trying to get my work marked was a nightmare as they didn’t tell me what was outstanding and there software wasn’t working properly so I was stuck phoning all the time to find this out or waiting weeks only to find something else wasn’t finished so they couldn’t mark it
Then it took ages to get my certification from them so I would definitely not recommend them and I will absolutely not use them again
On a side note most of there employees were very helpful and nice it was just very obvious that they had too many people on the books for there staff to complete the work as they advised on time and there was no customer consideration on the timeline I needed the work to be completed by

The Diverse Team are great help whenever I would call for help. The administration team would help whenever there was an issues and was very friendly.

A good informative course, They cover absolutely everything you need to know. I did the online version and it takes 10 working days to get any feedback from your submissions which did slow me down somewhat but I received the support I needed to complete everything .

I’m going to give my honest review here. This is not biased, nor am I trying to brag or exaggerate anything. I will share my experience in a straightforward and honest way.

Pros:

The course is fun, engaging, and easy to understand, even for learners with basic English skills.

Ellie and Emma are very responsive and provide excellent support via email.

The material is well-structured and clear, making it simple to follow at your own pace.

Overall, the learning experience was positive and enjoyable.

Cons:

The MyCourse website interface often stucks or responds slowly, which can be frustrating.

Support response times from others (apart from Ellie and Emma) can be slow.

Summary:
Despite some technical issues with the website, I would give the course 5 stars. The support from Emma and Ellie, combined with clear and engaging content, makes it a valuable learning experience. Improving the website speed and interface would make the experience even smoother.

Consistently swift correspondence to ensure that my needs were tailored to my objectives. Emma was accurate and displayed understanding and patience after changing my package. She took the time to liaise with me over the phone which accelerated the process. Highly recommended.

I’ve just completed my Reformer Pilates training and want to say a big thank you to the Diverse Trainers team. The course was really well-structured, and I thoroughly enjoyed the material they provided – it was clear, practical, and very useful for both learning and teaching.

A special thank you to Kate, who delivered such an enjoyable and engaging weekend workshop and assessment in Oxford. Her knowledge, guidance, and supportive approach made the experience both fun and rewarding.

I paid just under £800 for a first-class education. In return, I received a second-class education with a budget attitude.

Imagine paying an airline company for a first-class seat and then being given a seat on a budget airline. That's how this company treated me.

Communicating with this company was difficult; that said, the communication during the payment process was very good. Once I paid the full amount for the level 3 personal training course, the service went downhill. As a paying customer, I expected better from this company.

No one responded to my questions on the student help line. 6 weeks later, I was told that the system was experiencing problems. It just took ages for this company to respond to my questions. I must have contacted about 7 different members of staff about my concerns, but to no avail.

If anyone is planning to invest in this company, I would strongly advise you to request an interest-free 6 to 12-month direct debt payment plan. Avoid paying up front like I did.

As I read all the comments about this company, I say this with first-hand experience: this company failed on all counts when I enrolled on a course with hosted by this company.

Once this company got my money, they had little interest in anything else.

I have just completed the Level 3 diploma in Sports Massage. The course was really comprehensive and easy to access online via the learning portal. Help is always at hand via the messaging service on the portal, email or over the phone. I took the online option and the assessment weekend was well set up and a helpful option if you're not able to travel.

I had such a positive experience with Diverse Trainers. The course was both enjoyable and very valuable, and the team provided excellent support throughout.
Special thanks to Neil, whose teaching style made learning engaging and effective.
The Student Support Team also responded quickly and kindly whenever I had questions, which I really appreciated.
I would definitely recommend Diverse Trainers to anyone looking to pursue a fitness qualification.

Overall, the online learning experience is okay, lots of learning materials for the course I was doing, mostly helpful tutors when I needed help on anything.

The only thing I can really complain about the responsiveness of tutors to my complaints about literally one file not being marked for a couple months which stopped me from gaining my level 2 qualification, through which I had to call multiple times and email too to get it marked but once that was done it was fast and helpful.

Towards the end of my qualification the only thing I can really complain about is how long it takes to get my diploma as I’d like to get it as soon as possible to apply for jobs but it’s now taking up to 2 weeks.

Overall, I’d say the online learning experience is a 6/10. For someone who’s done biology and PE a level it was definitely much easier with some parts as I already knew them, but for someone who wouldn’t have this knowledge they will certainly find some parts of the course very hard
