Efficient service. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Sadly fabric seperately by the yard not available so have had to unpick curtains to get what I wanted. Not shop’s fault, it should be obvious that although many want wallpaper and matching curtains some of us need fabric for a pelmet.

Have bought many items of furniture from Downtown over the years. Our latest was two new chairs. The sales lady was very helpful and friendly. Chairs were due into the warehouse in June. Was very pleased when I received a call to say they were being delivered three weeks early. Delivery was seamless as always. Thanks again Downtown! Will see you again very soon. 👏👏👏😀

Very professional advice, not trying to oversell, kept me informed on the delivery and the guys were fantastic who dropped it and even took all the rubbish away.

It was a very good experience to purchase my Smeg kettle in Downtown stores. The price was reasonable, the kettle works perfectly and looks beautifully in my new kitchen. The delivery was on time

The company were so helpful in the ordering process of our rug, even when the expected delivery date came and went with no goods, Downtown did their best to help me out. The delivery company used for larger items would be great if they could say if a delivery is held up/delayed and a rough time-am or pm could be given.

When arrived one of the glass lights is broken but looked at the return policy and it’s hard work to send it back and I don’t understand why when the products are expensive
