The item was burnt/melted on one end so when off rolling it tore multiple times, didn't have time to complain as needed to get the job done, quite annoyed really.

Just to clarify for others reading this: the slight melting or burn on one end is normal for this product and is noted on the product page in advance. It’s a result of the cutting process and doesn’t affect performance once installed.
