A small glitch over scaffolding but very good service from installers on the day and from the company, before and after, keeping us informed all the way through.

Generally excellent with the installation and the scaffolding. The teams were polite and worked neatly and efficiently, with everything done in one day. The scaffolding was left up for one week after completion but this was not too much of a problem.

The installers arrived late and had not…
The installers arrived late and had not been told that it would be necessary to dig a channel from the house to the garage and lay a new connection to the battery. (We had paid extra for this). They were not prepared to do this, so instead used our existing internet connection. This works and their work seems fine but it means that we have no internet in the garage any more, cannot use the app to see how the battery is performing until we dig a new channel ourselves. (We were recompensed for the new connection but not for the extra work which we will have to do ourselves.)

Solar panels installed efficiently
I am pleased to recommend this company. Communication was clear from the beginning of the application process through to the installation. Everything went very smoothly on the day of installation and the Inverter, Battery and 11 solar panels were installed professionally and efficiently. The system was explained to me and I was given instruction on how to use the app on my phone and we are already benefiting from reduced electricity usage/costs.

Great battery storage for our existing solar PV
Solution was installed ahead of schedule and in time to get used to using it before the winter. Very quick and tidy installation alongside our existing solar PV inverter and switchgear. The system began storing our excess solar power immediately for use later. Our usage of grid electricity has now dropped significantly as a result. Next looking to configure it to store cheaper off peak electricity during the winter months when solar generated power is much less.

A Job Well Done.
From initial contact with staff in the office and on-site survey through to the installation team everyone has been very helpful, answered points that i raised and on the day undertook installation professionally with the minimum of disruption. Explaining how the work was to be carried out and how the system worked gave me confidence in the installation team. I must also mention the scaffolding company that provided access. Their visit the day before was well planned, scaffolding erected quickly with no fuss as was removal a number of days after installation.
An important consideration for me was that the installation team was employed by EGS Ltd and not sub-contracted out.

The whole process was handled extremely easily and professionally.
The whole process was handled extremely well. Fitters were superb and worked until late evening to complete the task in 1 day and not the quoted two, they didn’t stop. The panels look really neat and the whole job was completely professional. Customer services are excellent and Scott has been so patient and helpful.
It is really useful to have an app installed for you so that you can see how much power is being produced and used. Our current electricity costs are extremely low because we have a 6k battery and a lot of our energy comes from this and we are even heating the water at the moment so our gas usage is really low. The most difficult and slowest part of the process is getting your energy supplier organised to pay for the kwk’s we are exporting which is not eco energy fault.
We are so please with eco energy solutions
