The experience on the whole was great. Only a couple of things made it 4 rather than 5 stars. After booking the installation date the scaffolder did not contact us until the Sunday before they wanted to erect it on the Monday. This was the day before the installation was due to be done. The installation team arrived and were very pleasant to deal with. However there were additional requirements for our installation that meant they completed the installation at 23:00. They did ask if we were happy for them to stay, but it seems unreasonable that the survey did not include checking the loft for access and that they were not given sufficient time to carry out the installation over 1.5 days instead.

Installation was excellent, your installers were polite, courteous and diligent workers. They worked until 10pm to get the job finished which was over and above expectations.

This company has given me the best experience ever right from the onset of a quote to final commission of the equipment they supplied and fitted. Left my house as they found it, clean. All the workforce are pleasant and knowledgeable in their work and giving advise.

The installation was weather delayed (not really surprising) and did not work first time but was quickly sorted out (having panels on two roofs it needed to use two inputs to the inverter, not one as installed) and the panel count (9 instead of 10) resulted in invoicing errors. Since then system has worked well, but getting the documentation is problematic. The manuals I had to resort to downloading from other sources using the model number information on the quotes and we still have not seen any warranty documents over 5 months after installation. The manuals are important in case we have to change the Wi Fi at the very least
The installation is working as expected, we are largely running on solar now and using the battery to store night time power in the winter using off peak electricity

biggest problem was dealing with planning authority which caused months of delay & extra cost

We were introduced to Eco Greenenergy Solutions Ltd by the Solar Together Scheme. The company owner, Ewan McNeil, is good and essentially sold us the solar panel concept when he arrived for an onsite visit. All went well with the installation until the electrician arrived who turned out to be lazy, rude, incompetent and completed our installation to a very poor standard. In fairness, Ewan personally visited and put everything right however the initial installation experience was not a pleasant one. We are however very happy with the end result and have no regrets about going down the solar route.

The installation crew were very efficient, polite, and helpful, and came up with an excellent solution for an on site problem not fully dealt with by the survey. The process of connecting to the grid (for export payments for example) seemed lengthy, but this was probably due to extra demand because of increasing prices. Eco Green dealt with all of this & provided all the necessary documentation. The system itself is good quality & it's very easy to understand what it's doing at any time & there is an app for remote monitoring (my inverter & battery are in the loft)

The communication from the initial survey to installing the solar panels (special mention to Sam & Marlon) was top-notch. Everything is working as it should. The price quoted was the price charged.

Everything went well . Installers were efficient . polite and efficient . There was a minor issue later and they returned immediately to rectify the problem . All is in perfect working order .

The workmen were very efficient and did a good job in one day under unpleasant working conditions.
Follow up questions to the office re admin matters were dealt with speedily and effectively.

It was a very busy day with visitors & family making quite a crowd but the Solar installers managed without undue disruption & where they had been working looked completely undisturbed.

Installers were great, very hardworking and helpful. Aftersales is a little slow. In addition some tips and tricks on setting the system up to be most efficient would be good.

We had an good experience with the company. It was give and take on both sides -weather and illness my side. In and out done in a day quick and efficient. Left by setting up and explaining the app which was very helpful.

Nice guys who came to fit it on a very cold day.. we hope the hot drinks and biscuits helped.

Finally getting a reduction of our energy bill feels good to play our part in the environment.

A little delayed with end paperwork but got there in the end.

Had my panels fitted in February 23, very efficient installation. In hind site wish we had battery fitted at same time. Eco green supplied and fitted one a month later at the same price it would have been. Pleased with the whole system.
