Appalling after service…..warranty not worth a carrot!
Bought a £300+ lawn mower, amongst other items in August 2023. Registered the warranty straight away.
One 4.0 battery has died and the other is tinkering on dying too (lights flash red and green on the charger and resetting doesn’t work).
Contacted Einhell 3 times via the contact centre and was told I need proof of purchase which I can’t get hold of as the company I bought it from only hold statements for 1 year. I still have the mower which I can prove and this (pictures) along with the warranty registration should suffice!
Einhell are a joke - if they want actual evidence of purchase (receipt) which should be part of the registration process and not something used against customers to ‘prevent’ the warranty being invoked - absolutely appalling!
I have 4 Einhell products and WILL NOT be buying anymore!

Bought an Einhell cordless pressure sprayer in June 2025. Used to apply weedkiller and very happy with the performance. In September the spray wand developed some corrosion and started to leak.
Contacted Einhell customer service and was advised that I could return the whole unit to Amazon (where it was purchased) for a replacement or I could email the model number and the part required to them and they could check to see if they had one in stock. Send the email and within minutes received a reply saying that they had one and it was being despatched to me.

Impressed with build quality
Bought an Einhell electric mower very impressed with build quality and performance for price bracket and then bought the Einhell cordless chainsaw again impressed with build quality and price so decided to upgrade my old cordless drill driver bought the bare solo model and made use of the battery supplied with chainsaw am very happy on 3 counts and 10 year warranty on motor in solo drill driver.

I could not get your form completed to claim the battery and charger. Email address repeatedly preventing my submitting the form reasons unknown.
I rang and spoke to Emily who was both courteous and understanding.
She suggested I supply the answers in an email to her address. She followed this up by confirming both extended warranty and successful promotion claim.
Frankly I almost expected aggravation but she was an absolute delight.

Missing part
Purchased an Einhell sliding mitre saw from
Amazon, excitedly unpacked and got ready to use straight away on my latest project only to find the handle you screwed on the locking bar for the turntable was missing!! Rang Einhell UK customer services straight away, spoke to a lovely young lady called Emily who after sending an email with a photo of the said missing part and the machine ID plate got a replacement in the post to come in 2 days. Fantastic service thank you so much Emily 😁

they had a part for my circular saw…
they had a part for my circular saw which was from 2009 , It not often you can get a part for things that old ,most of the time they are up graded to newer models. any top marks and thank you and yourpacking services ,the part arrived today and is installed in my saw, I just might get some work done tomorrow if I am in the mood, ps it works just great. thank you again.

Faulty Strimmer issue resolved promptly. E-mailed customer services (Emily) who were prepared to replace the whole unit under the terms of the extended guarantee that I had but on further diagnosis a replacement part proved sufficient. That part arrive within two working days and did the trick. Very pleased with the level of service Emily provided. This is what I call exceptional customer service. These days you can't say that too often,

Big shout out to Emily at customer service. Ordered a saw online from a third party supplier, arrived with a broken UK plug adapter, plastic earth pin snapped off. Customer serve at einhell fantastic, Emily thought she had what I needed in stock, ten mins away from royal mail collection so she sent it immediately with them to save any delays. Told if it was wrong one to get back in touch. Arrived a day later. Correct part. Thank you to Emily and einhell..
