All the staff at Eldercare were great, offering an excellent service, particularly Tracy and Nicky. Not having any knowledge of this area of finance, they listened carefully to our needs and explained the different options very clearly. Nicky and Tracy who dealt with the enquiry, application and finalisation of the process were technically knowledgeable and friendly. As a retired Chartered Accountant I have some knowledge of care fees annuities and couldn't fault the work put into the calculations provided and final recommendations.
