I want my $106 back. I waited 5 weeks and you failed to deliver. Also, the reviews on their site are fake and edited. Check them out on trustpilot. There's a warning right on their listing.

Am in the middle of trying to pay these folks for the second payment. Citicorp denied it 3 times. Suspect they have had some fraud claims with these folks in the past. Vacationing last year we had some claims and their folks were very professional. Likely I will not pay the second charge and so, I'm looking for trustworthy vendor. Looks like there are a lot of crooks in this business. Please send your suggestions to a reply here.

Total scam!! They trick you into paying $25 for an unlock code then tell you that you have to pay another $106 for the code.

These idiots are a scam. They tell you the price of $25 for the unlock code in the beginning and after you pay that, they then tell you 5 minutes later that your code is ready and for you to make a final payment of $50 to release your code. What a big @$$ scam. So whether or not you pay the extra $50 not knowing if you're really getting a code, you still lose out of $25.

Scam. I had a fully paid off phone and they wanted to charge me extra saying I owed a balance on it! I bought the phone from amazon! This was after I paid 80+ dollars

Das ist dort reine Abzocke. Wir haben zweimal bezahlt für angebliche "abgeschlossene Berechtigungsprüfung" und "Standard-Entsperrung" und es geht nicht weiter. Nach 5 Tagen abgebrochen. Man wird immer wieder vertröstet mit angeblichen technischen Problemen und einer weiter nötigen Bezahlung für "Remote-USB-Entsperrung". Hier erscheint jedoch keine Weiterführung. Die Ausführungen wiederholen und widersprechen sich.

I got scammed of total $260.00. First inpaid $90 and they came back saying I needed to pay $174 as a premium service fee which I paid as they promised me that I will get a refund if they can’t unlock it.

Once it exceeded the 7 days mark I started to question them and requested for a refund and they started giving me excuses that it’s imminent happening soon anytime to be patient. All these while a person called Anna was communication with me and then today I was being blocked by their site. It’s a scam thing they are running as I was some reviews dated back last year then same person showing yesterday date:

Just don’t get fooled or tricked by them.

Wish I’d seen this first after paying over £40 I still don’t have an unlocked device. If you ask for a redund they’ll claim their system shows it’s unlocked but won’t share the evidence.

These are cowboys.

To add to the review as help was refused with them just repeating steps to take that didn’t work the first time, so the tenth was unsurprisingly unsuccessful, I applied a chargeback to my payments via my bank for failing to provide the service they were paid for. .

They are now threatening to PERMANENTLY block my device to make it inoperable unless I repay both amounts charged plus 2 lots of “bank fees” they claim to have incurred.

That I am sure is illegal!

Having requested proof of the unlock it has never been provided beyond a statement of our system says it is even after a video sent at their request that proves it isn’t, and on asking for oroof of these bank charges they can’t supply proof of those either.

They try claiming you never paid when the only way to make a chargeback is against a successful payment. If it had been unsuccessful my bank would have charged me a fee for having to reject a payment.

Have written to watchdog and rip off Britain as well as Worcester trading standards where they claim to be based.

Do not waste your time or money with this clearly rogue trader hopefully an authority will be shutting them down soon.

They try unlawful threats and bully boy tactics to scare you into paying them. If you have dealt with them and are now reading this report to Worcester trading standards and every consumer rights program you can find.

This is a scam! 1, The price is not as advertised.£11.
Once paid it goes to a second page where they say that payment is for a search only.
2, They then say pay £27 to unlock your phone.
3. The codes do not work.

Do not use this service!! They charged 27.00 then got to the part where they attempted to unlock the phone and charged 57.00. THEN THEY COULD NOT UNLOCK THE PHONE CON-JOB!! Reporting to the bbb.
Everyone should do the same. They will not give a refund.

Don’t trust this site I have contact the bbb about this company they are a scam every review that’s on here is honest the truth same thing happen too me I waited 6 days after paying them 24.99 and then paying them another 54.98 and it’s all a scam !!! They taking people money only positive reviews they have is on they website which makes sense because it’s they site and then fake reviews these are scammers stay away from this company

Scam - should be banned. Never use

Its time to get a class action started. I have the same bait and switch complaint. Paid for unlocking. They took $ 27 from my account and then said I need to pay an additional $ 58. I politely ask for refund and they make excuses on here. This is a scam and FTC and FCC and consumer protection need to investigate them and file a class action so we all can get our money back from these scammers. They don't even have the courtesy to answer emails back or chats. Zero customer service.

How about I paid $24 to unlock my phone then they said I had to pay another $54 I paid it both I wait 20 hours countdown for no reason because they never unlocked my phone. When I tried to reasonably ask for a refund because they didn't help they then said I owe 98 for disputing the charges to get a refund back through my bank and top threatening to blacklist my phone.

I discovered that most networks will unlock your phone for free, so always check with your provider before setting up a new phone to ensure your old one is unlocked.

This company advertises a £9.99 unlocking service, but this is misleading. After paying the initial fee, they demand an additional £20+ to complete the process.

I find this operation highly dishonest and borderline fraudulent. If you have any phone-related issues, I strongly advise avoiding this company entirely!

Deceitful Service
The 24.99 is to check if your phone can be unlocked- based on if you are out of contract and 5 other items. Then a 54 dollar payment is needed so they can send an unlock request to you carrier. I have requested they cancel my unlock request and refund my 24.99. We will se how that goes. I can contact At&t directly - request an unlock with no fees if the 5 criteria this place supposedly checks have been met

A chat bot response for every support question. A timer that is counting down nothing. This website provided zero support and didn’t give the service that I paid for.

Total scammers. Avoid this site! I paid US$24.99 to unlock then they told me to pay an additional US$50 to unlock....which I did (silly me!). Next, they said I need to pay an additional US$200+...that was it for me! Should have checked them out before purchasing. SCAMMERS!!!
