Always great products, very helpful if I have questions highly recommend

I really want to buy from you guys. Having made that statement I understand that at times we have bad or difficult days. We must understand that those who give yall money, you can't be condescending or behave in a disrespectful manner. If you don't like answering a phone get a different position. I don't mind paying 20% more than what I could buy on onlin, much cheaper.. The value of dealing with professionals and knowing the part is what is advertised is worth the money. I don't deserve to be spoken down too, no one does. Let's build a Jeep Grand Cherokee and let's have fun and cut up and enjoy the adventure. You guys have everything I need to drive the "One" . Yall may think I'm crazy, I have paperwork saying exactly that. I am about to take some great pictures. I need my Jeep to get there and back. Don't be mad when I call, I'm just working on it and I need some help. Airborne!

Great overall experience especially when compared to other online auto parts stores. Lots of good deals from open box items and everything ships fast. Vip membership has paid for itself with all the free shipping. To compare, I ordered a part from a different site on 5/27; it’s 6/3 and it’s scheduled to arrive 6/5. I even paid for FedEx 2 day shipping! Compared to other sites extreme terrain is way better!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If you want fast and reliable service DO NOT use this company. Their customer support team is non existent and unable to communicate or solve order issues. They take your money and DO NOT deliver as promised. The worst example of online retail I have ever experienced!

First order big delay and representative said it was being shipped back to vendor.
Ordered another part but the website's prefilled address was wrong. Canceled order and got confirmation. Re-ordered for 1 day shipping. Order put on hold.

Best top did not come with front bow as described and shown in description.

I ordered specific items to repair my jeep well in advance of my son leaving for college. Instead of the fender parts I ordered, I received a fan shroud. When I contacted customer service they stated the right part would be shipped to me and arrive in two days. This did not happen and now the vehicle is off to college with a missing fender. This company has serious problems with quality control and is not trustworthy, if you need the right part, shop elsewhere!

Just put on my Jeep and they fit and look great. Extra thick feel too so very comfortable. Wish it had the armrest included which I saw is on the same site. Now going to order that so hope to find a discount coupon!
