Im still waiting on my money. They sell me a defective tire carrier. I went to the source DV8. DV8 tells me that its a FIELD DESTROY. I tell EXTREEM TERRAINE that I took it off. They send me an email for a return lable. They dont listen, they dont give a crap about the customer. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

So disappointed no install guide cutumer support not much help
Thought it was a great fit for my Ford Bronco to be able to carry a River Smith fly rod holder.
The box came with the rails in 20 parts and no installation guide so there’s loose parts of Baha with screws and no installation. Very discipline.!

All orders I've placed have been excellent on ordering, shipping, tracking, all have been great replying to questions, technical support is very helpful. BUT,,this time shipping seems to have issues. Nowhere was there notification that the second half of delivery had to be signed for.
Now I'm forsed to waste a whole day waiting for second try at delivery from a non FedEx (contracted) driver that didn't even knock. Stuck sticker and left. FedEx has been impossible to communicate with. Not happy.

We normally do not require a signature unless it is an item like Supercharger. These shocks shipped to you from the manufacturer and unfortunately they were the ones who noted that a signature was required. We are unable to know ahead of time if the item would require a signature, unless it is a freight or high dollar item.
We do understand that this was a frustrating inconvenience for you and due to this situation, we issued a credit to your ExtremeTerrain account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 9/30/2026.

Ordered a bra for my Jeep Wrangler
Ordered a bra for my Jeep Wrangler. Took 2 weeks to arrive. Missing a small plastic hook for straps. Spoke to customer service a couple of times, sent pictures of missing part. Two more weeks and have yet to get feedback on replacement part or return package. They say they are awaiting response from manufacturer. Ridiculous customer service!
