Fort William Failure
Couldn't get one of your chargers in Fort William to work at all. In contrast, the one in Strontian worked perfectly. Talking to other users in Fort William, your chargers there appear to be notoriously unreliable.

We've reviewed your charging attempts and, based on what we can see, we believe the issue may have been related to the charging start-up sequence rather than a fault with the charger itself. It's important to make sure you're following the steps below and allowing the charger at least a full minute before making another attempt:
1- Log in
2- Open the map
3- Search for your location
4- Select the charge point
5- Choose the connector
6- Once the app shows “Initiate Charging,” plug in the cable

We'd also be happy to send you an RFID fob, which many customers find makes starting a charging session even quicker and easier.

Charged fine.
12hour limit overnight is flexible enough for overnight charging. Perfect through the day, but for an AC charge starting at say after 20:00, make it 14 hours.
App is weirdly limited.Only possible to have one session on a site. Unable help friends or tourists.
RFID. Why can't I add my own? Much more eco friendly option.
Invoices. Odd font choices, but why isn't the kWh total presented?
Site ID labelling and and app ID don't always align. Basic error that really doesn't smooth the user experience. Huge long alpha numeric IDs are NOT accessible. Especially when split on three locations on the EVSE. Adding inconsistencies on the formatting....

Thanks for your suggestion about the overnight charging limit. It's great to hear the current limit works well during the day, and we'll be sure to pass your feedback about extending it overnight on to the relevant team for consideration.
Just to clarify one point, it is possible to have two charging sessions running at the same time on the same account. You just follow the same process and allow someone else to plug into the connector. The sessions would both be billed to your account, however, so it's important to keep this in mind when starting a session on behalf of another driver.
Regarding RFID, we'd be interested to understand your feedback a little better. We currently provide EZO RFID cards and fobs, but we're always looking at ways to become more environmentally friendly, as that's something that's important to us. If you wouldn't mind expanding on your suggestion, we'd love to hear more.
Thank you as well for your comments about the invoices. We'll pass your feedback on to the team. While the total kWh isn't currently shown on the invoice itself, you can view the full session details, including the energy delivered, by going to Account > Sessions in the EZO app.
Finally, thanks for highlighting the site ID labelling. We'd really like to investigate this further. If you could email us at support@ezo.ie with a few examples of the locations where you noticed the issue, we'll be happy to review them and make sure everything is as clear and consistent as possible.

EZO is a joke not EV charging services. EV Charging point next to Lidl in Navan. Seems like it should be working ok but it didn't work Had to call helpdesk to be informed chargers do not work as they seem to have no internet connectivity.

Very hit & miss. The chargers near me are often not working. No issues when they work - relatively easy to operate, but I wouldn't be relying on them being available.

Generally a good service
Generally a good service. But, the site I was at would not accept debit/credit card for payment. I had to call support and as I had the EZO app could proceed but it was frustrating to not be able to simply pay by credit/debit card. I had used an EZO site in Bantry the previous week and could use the debit card which was so much easier.

The charger didn't accept visa payment pt payment
The charger didn't accept payment. I phoned the contact number on the charger, and it was promptly answered. It was late in the evening. After a few minutes, the kind lady at Ezo "clicked" on something her end to get the charger going. It was at the hotel I was staying in, so there was no panic. But if I were travelling and in a hurry, it wouldn't have been so good.
