My adviser, Thais, was amazing.
I was s bit stressed and was struggling with instructions as i was so tired after moving house, but she calmy talked through the process, phoning me back to ensure my fibre eventually connected.
Possibly one of the best experiences I have had with a Customer Service representative

Can finally get away from this useless Internet provider. They don’t like to make it easy for you as they do not support one click transfer like most other internet providers. So you have cancel your service with them and then purchase another. So you can have same day disconnection and connection.
I’m going from 150 for £42 to Vodafone 500 for £28. So they are not even close to being competitive. Even BT was £33 for 250.
Wouldn’t recommend FibreNest to anyone.
UPDATE.
Looks like I can’t leave this useless Provider because they will not let Openreach use their chambers and ducting. So looks like I have to rejoin this useless Internet provider. To top it off I either have to rejoin them with a lower speed or pay more. Also don’t bother making a complaint with them because they do absolutely nothing and just close them down.

fast service , engineers were able to fix to connection issues we had, Mikolaj and the engineers were professional and able to come out the next working day.
Only reason it's not 5 stars is we still don't get the 500mb speed we pay for.

Thais customer service was absolutely excellent. She went above and beyond to help and resolve a small issue that I had. Additionally, I received several follow up emails to ensure everything was still running smoothly, it really was a fantastic experience.

I was lead to believe that it was simple to connect, just put this code in and away you go, absolutely not it took a good 2 hours and even then it went down and we had to ring up to put things right which was a fault at there end, it seems fine now but its only been a day, so fingers crossed

We had an issue with our internet fibre connection not working and the WiFi router going offline. Our son has medical devices that run off of the internet, so this was a serious issue. When calling Fibrenest dispatched someone as soon as possible, the problem wasn’t a quick fix but Wayne and Marshall the engineers working on it were fast and had great communication with us. Overall a fantastic service.

We moved in and tried to set up the broadband following the instructions however, the fact that we needed the Plume app was missing completely so we had to ring support. He was really helpful and we were set up in no time.

My internet is fine since moving in to my new Persimmon Home in Feb this year.
But most annoyingly I get 2 emails every month telling me that my direct debit is due & moneys will be taken from my account. Quite unnecessary, I spoke with customer services on this, they say nothing that could be done but urged me to state my case via this means.
This is the only company that I’ve ever dealt with that does this.
