What is FibreNest? FibreNest is a new provider of ultrafast, full-fibre broadband and voice communication services. Why is FibreNest being installed on my development? The decision to deploy FibreNest to new Persimmon and Charles Church developments was made in specific response to a long history of customer complaints regarding existing mainstream communications providers’ performance. An unacceptable number of delays have been experienced by customers when using existing providers to deliver connectivity to new build homes, leading to dissatisfaction amongst customers when they were unable to access broadband services for long periods of time. Furthermore, once connected, some customers have then been provided with poor speeds, leading to unsatisfactory online experiences. FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We do this by helping ensure that Persimmon Group’s customers have more timely access to exceptional full-fibre broadband speeds and at great prices. When will my service be live? We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. My adviser was amazing

My adviser, Thais, was amazing.
I was s bit stressed and was struggling with instructions as i was so tired after moving house, but she calmy talked through the process, phoning me back to ensure my fibre eventually connected.
Possibly one of the best experiences I have had with a Customer Service representative

Can finally get away from this useless…

Can finally get away from this useless Internet provider. They don’t like to make it easy for you as they do not support one click transfer like most other internet providers. So you have cancel your service with them and then purchase another. So you can have same day disconnection and connection.

I’m going from 150 for £42 to Vodafone 500 for £28. So they are not even close to being competitive. Even BT was £33 for 250.

Wouldn’t recommend FibreNest to anyone.

UPDATE.

Looks like I can’t leave this useless Provider because they will not let Openreach use their chambers and ducting. So looks like I have to rejoin this useless Internet provider. To top it off I either have to rejoin them with a lower speed or pay more. Also don’t bother making a complaint with them because they do absolutely nothing and just close them down.

fast service


fast service , engineers were able to fix to connection issues we had, Mikolaj and the engineers were professional and able to come out the next working day.
Only reason it's not 5 stars is we still don't get the 500mb speed we pay for.

Internet Drop Out

It was disappointing that the internet dropped out as it meant time away from work to rectify it.

However the attention received when I called was excellent and resolved the issue first time

I was lead to believe that it was…

I was lead to believe that it was simple to connect, just put this code in and away you go, absolutely not it took a good 2 hours and even then it went down and we had to ring up to put things right which was a fault at there end, it seems fine now but its only been a day, so fingers crossed

There were so many hurdles to …

There were so many hurdles to overcome during the instillation . But between the engineer & the. Fibre net on-line Reception . I m happy to report , there was enough expert diagnosis , to get the system , up & running . . Thankyou very much to all concerned .

We had an issue with our internet fibre connection

We had an issue with our internet fibre connection not working and the WiFi router going offline. Our son has medical devices that run off of the internet, so this was a serious issue. When calling Fibrenest dispatched someone as soon as possible, the problem wasn’t a quick fix but Wayne and Marshall the engineers working on it were fast and had great communication with us. Overall a fantastic service.

Extremely helpful

We moved in and tried to set up the broadband following the instructions however, the fact that we needed the Plume app was missing completely so we had to ring support. He was really helpful and we were set up in no time.

Unnecessary Emails about billing Direct Debit

My internet is fine since moving in to my new Persimmon Home in Feb this year.

But most annoyingly I get 2 emails every month telling me that my direct debit is due & moneys will be taken from my account. Quite unnecessary, I spoke with customer services on this, they say nothing that could be done but urged me to state my case via this means.

This is the only company that I’ve ever dealt with that does this.

Service Outage Support
