The decision to deploy FibreNest to new Persimmon and Charles Church developments was made in specific response to a long history of customer complaints regarding existing mainstream communications providers’ performance. I have recently moved back into a house I own and contacted Fibrenest to activate a new account. I spoke with a lovely lady called Anna that was so helpful. I’ve only had a few calls with the company but each and everytime they have been amazing and so helpful.

A number of connection issues over a few weeks. The agent, Zoe worked tirelessly to sort out the issue, finally sorted and now Wi-Fi very fast and so far reliable.

Service has been extremely disappointing. I agreed to a payment arrangement which was confirmed via email and phone, yet my service was still disconnected multiple times. I’m now being charged late fees for issues caused by their own failure to honour the agreement. Poor communication and very frustrating to deal with.
They do not care about anything else other than taking your money.
The only reason why I am with this provider is because I got stuck with it when I moved in to a new build.

My internet connection had been cutting in and out so I emailed their support team for help. Mikolaj reached back out very quickly and arranged for an engineer to visit within 2 days to sort it. They fully updated our system, were kind and courteous, and explained the new system thoroughly. Mikolaj also reached back out a few days later to check everything was working as it should. The internet has been working perfectly since the engineer's visit, and I'm extremely happy with the service and support I received!

Very expensive, £37pm for 75mbs. Connection is in and out quite a bit, can’t take phone calls when in living room even thought the router is in the same room.

I’ve written many reviews about Fibrenest over the past two years, and slated them for their Customer Service and the fact that they only try to make money off of everything including the supply of extra nodes to enable you to be able to use the Internet properly throughout the house.
I find myself today writing to you to let you know that for once they have come through and the Internet they provide now is solid and faster than it’s ever been and the note they provided was free of charge and I would like to thank them for this.

Asked to change invoice date numerous times, confirmed it on the phone, still receive emails asking to change it, when try to reply it doesn't go through yet.
Only use because we had to as part of moving into a new build, once that changes we will be moving on to a different company

Rang to help get my Fibrenest set up for a new build ahead of my completion date.
Nigel was so kind and patient and stayed on the phone to make sure each stage of the set up was complete. He even rang me back when the line got cut off!
Also offered me some great advice to make sure that I was on the right package once I have moved in.
Great first impression of Fibrenest and their customer support.

I have had excellent service from Fibrenest. I have never had any issues with my broadband service from Fibrenest, it always runs spot on at the correct speed. I accidentally broke a fibre cable when I moved some furniture about. I rang customer services late on a Sunday afternoon, no waiting in a queue.I had an engineer attend first thing on Monday morning, and replaced the cable very quickly. Very friendly engineer, and he helped me set up the plume app on my phone. All running well, very good speed. Very pleased with the service from Fibrenest
