very good ancestors poor duplication
The program is very good at finding ancestors but it creates many duplicates. Is there a way of merging all duplicates

Cannot view the records that are already attached to my tree
I cannot view the records that are already attached to a particular person in my family tree (eg. Census Record). If I go to the 'My Records' section, how can I find the person whose record I want to look at because I am shown a list of other people in my tree whose records I don't want to look at?
I am getting very frustrated with being unable to look at these records that I have added to my tree in the past.

We're sorry for the confusion here, the My Records section is a list of all records viewed on Findmypast it doesn't specify records which are added to the tree.
Instead, you would search for the person in your tree directly and open their full profile. From here you can head to the Facts section for a full list of any information you have linked to that person.
From here you can then click 'View Source' to be taken back to the original transcript/image.

My experience was very good
My experience was very good. My only problem was that I always thought Find My Past was a British Company. When I saw the annual cost in dollars, I wrongly assumed that it was Australian dollars as I live in Australia. I felt that $A300 was reasonable, I when confronted with the American conversion ($471) I realised that I simply could not afford your service. Thank you for the opportunity anyway.

Regional irritation
Being persistently connect to the Australian site is annoying. My focus is UK, so having to switch collections for searching is irritating.

It had what I was looking for
It had what I was looking for.
However, I did email FMP in early January asking about the newspapers on FMP (the British Newspaper Archives) but I did not receive a response which was disappointing as I have been subscribing to your website for many years now. The question I had asked was, what was the difference between the content of the newspapers found on FMP as against the British Archive as I have subscription to both FMP and the British Archive. I have been wondering if this might be overkill and was seeking your advice. It would be appreciated if you would kindly answer my question now.

Great access to records
Great access to records. The app doesn't have as much usability as the online page. I also find on the online page that it is a bit clunky that the back button on a picture of a source (eg a census) throws me completely away from the summary of the source and I have to go back into the family tree to find the relevant person and then click on their hints to find that source summary page again. It would be better to have a cross to exit the source picture

Well some well known Australian towns…
Well some well known Australian towns were completely unknown to the search engine. Which is a surprise as I had pretty good success with a previous relative. So the issue is the search engine.

dissatisfied
It was good to be able to access my family's tree once more, and to update a couple of things.
What was very disappointing, having consented to a free trial and with the hope of accessing relevant records and documents, i do in fact have to 'upgrade' in order to discover that information: i cannot afford $50- a month: but if i cannot find out what i need to know, perhaps i had better rather "unsubscribe"...
Having acces to some of the more important records during a trial-period would be really helpful. Alternatively: howcome there is not a "Library version" of FMP??

I found it hard to navigate
I found it hard to navigate. I find ancestry layout much better, easier to view. But besides that you do have a awesome BMD
I'll need to go back onto your site but atm financially I can't afford it
I am searching for two of my gg grandmothers as one was born illegitimate and the other I have matches but their Margaret Quirk was single and born and died in Isle of Man whereas my direct ancestor was born in Isle of Man but married and died in England. I decided to go back onto FMP as hoping as you have amazing BMD would be able to find out about my two direct ancestors buy now to be. Maybe later in year I might, fingers crossed
