Will find an alternative supplier for further orders
Extremely poor delivery service from their chosen delivery provider, ended up costing me time on a job, three days they said the order was arriving and three days it didn’t. Supplier wasn’t able to help, had to sort it out myself with couriers. Then when one item was faulty they were extremely unhelpful, this had come direct from manufacturer do they just weren’t interested, I ended up buying a replacement from another provider and binning the faulty item as couldn’t be bothered jumping through their hoops. Luckily I’ve always spread my purchase across a number of similar suppliers, won’t be buying from this supplier again, mainly because of their lack of interest in dealing with the faulty part.

Great customer service
Bought from them before so when I needed to install new smoke alarms, I knew where to go and I wasn't disappointed on this occasion, either!
I bought a wireless set of alarms but got a call from Paul not long after to confirm I'd made the correct order - good job he did as they were correct and I had ordered the wrong type of alarms!
Paul quoted me the difference for the correct alarms, which wasn't the cheapest if you go to other online stores but it wasn't the most expensive either.
My alarms were packed and dispatched almost immediately and I received them the next day by DX Express who kept me updated as to when they would be arriving.
The product was good quality and installed very easily so would definitely recommend the company.
