telefon returnat zgariat

Aveam un telefon in stare excelenta, am facut evaluarea pe site, pret ok, desi mai mic decat pe olx, l-am trimis. Dupa cateva zile imi raspund ca are defecte si imi ofera mult mai putin. Zic nu, multumesc, trimiteti-l inapoi. Cand il primesc, surpriza: o mare zgarietura pe spate! Facusem niste poze inainte sa il trimit, le scriu, le arat.... nimic. Zic ei, am verificat tot, am contactat curierii, nu e de la noi, nu avem ce sa-ti facem.

In concluzie, stati departe de acesti tepari neseriosi, iar daca cumva va ganditi sa trimiteti ceva la ei, filmati absolut totul in cel mai mic detaliu, produsul, ambalarea, predarea catre curier, iar daca cereti retur, desfaceti pachetul in fata curierului in timp ce filmati toata scena. Absolut ridicol ca trebuie recurs la asa ceva, dar doar asa ai putea avea castig de cauza cu astfel de escroci.

Am trimis catre Flip.ro un iPhone 14…

Am trimis catre Flip.ro un iPhone 14 Pro Max Gold 128 GB pentru vanzare. Pe site, dupa ce am selectat corect starea ca “urme usoare de folosire”, am primit oferta de 2700 lei cu plata in 20 de zile (am atasat si captura de ecran). Dupa evaluarea fizica, mi-au scazut oferta la 2500 lei, desi in aplicatie, la aceeasi selectie, pretul ramane 2700 lei. Deci evaluarea lor nu a fost corecta si este in contradictie cu propria platforma.

Am acceptat doar pentru ca eram plecat in concediu si nu aveam cum sa recuperez coletul, dar experienta a fost dezamagitoare. Credeam ca recenziile negative sunt exagerate, insa s-au confirmat.

Nu recomand Flip.ro pentru vanzarea telefoanelor si nu voi mai apela la ei.

In urma verificarilor efectuate, dispozitivul evaluat pe site-ul nostru a fost incadrat initial la conditia estetica "perfect", pe baza mediei rezultate din optiunile selectate.
La evaluarea realizata de tehnicienii nostri, dispozitivul a fost incadrat la conditia estetica "urme usoare de folosire".

Astfel, suma estimativa de 2700 RON, acordata in evaluarea initiala pentru conditia estetica "perfect", a fost ajustata la 2490 RON, intrucat dispozitivul se afla intr-o conditie estetica inferioara.

Consideram ca prin alegerea de a continua procesul de vanzare esti in asentimentul nostru si te aliniezi valorilor noastre fundamentale si misiunii de a oferi cumparatorilor nostri telefoane perfect reconditionate!

Pentru Flip, FLIP nu înseamnă re-vânzare convenabilă, ci arta de a întoarce fiecare situație contractuală în favoarea lor.

Pe vremuri, eMAG era steaua comerțului online din România. Intrai pe site și aveai impresia că intri într-un mall digital: ordine, claritate, respect pentru client. Era aproape o poveste de succes locală. Apoi a venit „marea salvare” – fondul de investiții străin. Și, ca orice fond de investiții care se respectă, prima grijă a fost să „optimizeze”. Traducere: să transforme o afacere strălucită într-o platformă generică de tip marketplace, unde se vinde tot, de la telefoane până la aspiratoare second-hand cu praf inclus. Cu alte cuvinte, dintr-un brand premium am ajuns la un… talcioc digital.
Și exact când credeam că mai rău nu se poate, apare Flip, fratele mai mic al eMAG-ului. Promite revoluția în vânzarea telefoanelor second-hand: „siguranță, transparență, încredere”. Sună minunat, nu? Păcat că realitatea seamănă mai degrabă cu o parodie.
Tehnicienii lor, acei „specialiști” care par să fi absolvit facultatea de găsit defecte inexistente, reușesc să transforme telefoane impecabile, cu folia originală de la producător pe ecran, în „cazuri problematice” care brusc nu mai pot fi vândute. Evident, prețul scade, tu ești pus la colț, și ți se oferă „șansa” să accepți oferta finală sau să primești telefonul înapoi, eventual cu surprize. Negocierea? Se face exclusiv pe contul de client, într-o zonă opacă, unde tu nu ai cum să demonstrezi nimic ulterior. Transparent, nu glumă!
Și uite așa, dintr-un simplu proces de vânzare a unui telefon nou, s-a ajuns la: telefoane „în teste” zile întregi, solicitări absurde de „facturi necenzurate”, explicații trase de păr și interpretări juridice de parcă Flip ar fi devenit organ de cercetare penală. Cireașa de pe tort? Faptul că, între timp, T&C au fost schimbate, dar păstrând aceeași dată de emitere. Magie pură: Houdini ar fi invidios!
Așa că, dacă mă uit la traseul eMAG – Flip – cazul meu, concluzia e simplă: ce a început ca o poveste de succes românească s-a transformat într-o comedie neagră despre cum să-ți pierzi încrederea în platformele „de încredere”. Și, ironic sau nu, singurul lucru care chiar a fost transparent până la capăt a fost… lipsa de transparență.

PS:
„Regulile jocului" nu se schimbă în timpul meciului. Identificarea mea se va face mai ușor după ce voi primi soluția oficială de la ANPC și ANSPDCP. Atunci voi reveni cu o completare publică aici, pe Trustpilot, dar și pe Facebook, Instagram și TikTok. Situația generată de Flip, prin lipsa de corectitudine, merită cunoscută și dezbătută. În plus, voi propune includerea unor reguli clare în legislația privind protecția consumatorului și GDPR, pentru a preveni astfel de abuzuri. iBuyBack, dar corect, nu în defavoarea clientului.”

Dispozitivul trimis in service este verificat si testat atent de catre tehnicienii nostri, iar daca sunt identificate deficiente, acestea iti sunt comunicate si iti facem o oferta actualizata. In cazul in care alegi sa nu accepti oferta, iti returnam telefonul exact in aceeasi stare in care l-ai trimis.

In situatia in care consideri ca oferta nu reflecta corect starea dispozitivului, ne poti contacta oricand prin chat sau e-mail, pentru a clarifica rapid situatia.

The phone had shadows under the display

I both an iPhone 15 pro with 800euro in "very good" state, it had some small scratches but wasn t that bad. At a closer look the screen had some shadows under the display, in the top side and on the bottom. I just send it back, didn't event set it up, now I have to wait 14 days to get my money back so I can buy miself a phone.

Returned: I received my money back the 2nd day after the device arrived to them. The refound was quick but I really wanted that phone.

My wife bought last year two Iphone 8

My wife bought last year two Iphone 8, one for her and one for me cuz we lost our phones while we were in a trip and had to buy fast 2 phones.
As i have received the phone, configured and started to make calls and was so odd to hear like i was in a tomb and sometimes was unclearly.Returned the item and got money back, my wife she kept it and use it as the 2nd phone and in the morning when she woke up found that the battery is inflated and did a crack between phone display and back case.
Now flip told her to return item for assurance and remove personal data, how you could remove data if the phone does not work..(dumb person)...nevermind, we did a COMPLAINT and I BEG YOU TO AVOID THEM.

They use aftermaket pieces, those 67 tests are only for marketing and much more...so, be careful with them!

dezorganizare totală

am cumpărat o tabletă pe firmă în august 2024.
în iunie 2025 deja nu se mai deschidea deloc. am trimis-o în garanție.
au greșit adresa de ridicare (am scris corect în e-mail adresa) ÎN SENSUL CA AU GREȘIT ORAȘUL. apoi au revenit din orașul corect. bun.

când să trimită înapoi produsul au trimis ei de la sine putere la sediul social al firmei, tot așa în alt oraș. a 4-a oară o fi cu noroc, să vedem, încă nu am primit tableta înapoi și de la Flip nu îmi răspund legat de această problemă.

Faking repairs

I bought a z flip 5. The phone was good and worked very ok. When I wanted to change the cover screen, went to samasung and I was informed that the screen was also scratched in the middle, where it closes. Since it was still in warranty I sent it to them. When they received it, without informing me, they already prepared the package to get it back to me. I only received an e mail after I requested information on why the phone was deteriorated. I recevied pictures with a crack that wasn t there when I sent the phone.
I have for sure no proof about this because in my naivity I did not take a picture of my phone before sending it to them. It s just money, but it feels like they are fooling the consumer.
Such a disappointment

My phone for sell is one month with them

I bought Iphone pro from them which was 500 lv (250 eur) more than the standard 2 hand the same model, however I decided it will be “checked”. What I received was phone with scratches on display and corpus and battery 85 %. I was not very happy with purchase but I decided it is 2 hand and it is what it is. I sent as well my old iphone to them, which was always in case and did not had scratches on display (like the one they sent me). After they received it, they checked it and decided they are paying half the money we spoke for. Then I requested my phone back, this whole thing is happening 22 May and I am writing this on 10 Jun and I still do not have my phone. I suspect they are intentionally keeping the phone as long as they can so you decide just to sell to them for no money. They do not have phones to call them, do not have actual address and are very hard to be checked by police and agencies. Definitely scam, beware.

Why I reccomend Flip/Rejoy

[Do mind that I've written this review about the Rejoy company (Flip in Hungary), that is basically the Filp company just on an another name. My phone has gone through Flip.ro's services tho.]

Bought a Samsung S23 Ultra in the "as good as new"
condition and it was like I was the one who first had this phone. No scratches, no damage at all. As they promised. Sameday delivered the package two days late, but it's not their fault (not like it was a hurry to get a new phone). Paying 250K Hungarian Forints for the phone instead of 500K-600K HUF is crazy.

People seem to have issues with Apple devices, but it is just about the fact that Apple is so locked reselling is a pain. I beilive it is just the right time to consider swithing to Android anyways.

I could not turn my old phone in because it is so old, but I expected this, no problem. (No one wants a 7 year old phone anyways.)

One thing they start to sell is other branded laptops (Samsung for example!). Same goes for watches. They should also mention that your phone may come from another country (because they are a part of the "Flip" company, they are just named "Rejoy" here), because my phone sometimes (1 in a 1000 times) shows up a little bit of Romanian (country where it came from via Flip) or French (assambled or first sold there) text. Afterall I'll probably buy my next phone from here 4-6 years later.

I don't recomend Flip

I had a really disappointing experience with Flip. I bought a phone from them and just two months later, the battery started swelling and couldn’t hold a charge anymore. Even though they claim to offer a 2-year warranty, they refused to fix it under warranty.

What’s worse, I found out they don’t use original parts, but cheap imitations from China. There’s also no real customer service — you can’t talk to a human being on the phone, which makes it extremely frustrating when you need help.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Flip. I felt tricked and let down. I expected much more, especially when buying a refurbished product that’s supposed to be tested and guaranteed.

Deloc serioși

Deloc serioși! Am comandat un telefon în condiția estetică “ ca nou” și a ajuns unul în condiția estetică “ excelent”, după cum au recunoscut și ei. În urma convorbirii prin e-mail mi s-a oferit să îl returnez(ceea ce nu este posibil, dat fiind ca este cadou) sau să îmi dea diferența dointre cele 2 condiții. Am ales varianta din urmă și ei îmi oferă ca “ preț corect” diferența de 110 lei. Cum se poate să facă astfel de bătaie de joc pe față în condițiile în care eu am analizat ce au pe site și diferențele de preț dintre cele două condiții estetice erau de 300-400 lei!!!

Diferenta mentionata de tine, si anume 300-400 RON, face referire si la capacitatea de stocare a dispozitivului!

mi am achizitionat un iphone 15 pro max…

mi am achizitionat un iphone 15 pro max 256gb “ca nou” pe data de 7 februarie 2025, iar la finalul lui martie 2025 am facut cerere sa l trimit in garantie, iar pe 3 aprilie a venit un curier trimis de ei dupa telefon. dupa cateva zile, cei de la flip mi au dat mail si m au informat ca telefonul nu a ajuns la ei si ca din pacate nu ma pot ajuta cu nimic. foarte greu am facut rost de poze de la ei cu coletul, iar nici cei de la flip, nici de la gls nu m au ajutat cu nimic si mi au zis ca nu e vina lor si mi au urat bafta sa l gasesc:)))). nu recomand sa va luati telefoane scumpe de la ei, mi se pare foarte de cacat sa ti iei “ca nou” ca dupa o luna jumate sa l trimiti in garantie din cauza unor defectiuni tehnice. mai bine mai asteptati si va luati telefon de la reprezentatii directi.

A fost prezentata situatia si dovezile in discutia pe mail avuta cu colegii nostri din care reiese ca acest colet a fost trimis fara continut catre noi, iar avand in vedere rezolutia firmei de curierat in ceea ce priveste acest colet, nu avem posibilitatea de va acorda o despagubire, acestea fiind acordate doar daca firma de curierat confirma o pierdere a coletului sau deteriorarea acestuia, spre deosebire de rezolutia acestora din care reiese ca acest colet a fost expediat fara a contine si dispozitivul.

Te-am fi asistat cu drag daca am fi primit rezolutia din partea firmei de curierat care sa ne permita acordarea despagubirii, insa in aceasta situatie este necesar sa continuati demersurile alaturi de autoritatile competente pentru solutionarea situatiei.

Flip.ro fails to achieve its very purpose.

Flip.ro was founded so people don't go through the hassle of buying a second hand mobile phone that has issues.
I just bought a second hand iphone, but it came locked & in need of a restore which took me about 3 hours to figure out is not possible since this phone needs some service. They did not check it, just sent it to me to deal with the problem.

Teapa

Am primit inițial o ofertă de 3.400 RON pentru un iPhone 16, dar odată ce telefonul a ajuns la sediul lor, mi-au spus că îmi pot oferi doar 2.100 RON, motivând că are zgârieturi pe ecran. Imposibil! De când l-am cumpărat, l-am protejat în permanență cu folie de sticlă și husă, iar nici măcar o secundă nu l-am scăpat pe jos!

Am refuzat imediat această ofertă ridicolă, iar după două săptămâni, mi-au trimis telefonul înapoi. Când am deschis coletul, am rămas șocat: nu mai era în cutia originală, iar pe ecran au apărut zgârieturi! Mai mult, telefonul fusese deschis din partea din spate!

Le-am scris pe email să cer explicații. Răspunsul lor? Mi-au spus că au reciclat cutia și au negat complet orice problemă legată de ecran!

Așa că am făcut plângere la ANPC și recomand tuturor celor care pățesc așa ceva să facă la fel! Nu lăsați astfel de practici să treacă nepedepsite!

Excroci

Am trimis Un Samsung S21 în condiții bune fără vreo problema anume și mi-au redus suma oferită inițial cu 150 RON pentru că era în stare mai proastă decât descrierea (nu e adevărat) vro 80 de ron și vreo 70 că avea capacul dezlipit problemă care nu exista când l-am trimis, eu având poze cu telefonul înainte să-l trimit. . Am refuzat și mi-au trimis telefonul înapoi dar cu capacul dezlipit, problema care nu exista înainte.
Bătaie de joc.

DO NOT SEND / SELL YOUR PHONE TO THEM !

I wanted to sell a Samsung Fold 4. The phone was in verry good condition, and in warranty. I send the phone to flip.ro, and they offered me a 100 RON for the phone telling me that it has scratches on the display. They didn't expect that I have a full movie with the phone being checked before sending and packed. They scratched the display and dropped my phone, so I will tell everyone: DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE TO THEM ! All that I said can be verified with 2 movies.

In the respective video, it can be seen that the defect mentioned by our technicians, namely the fact that the display showed signs of peeling, was visible even before the device was sent to us.

Also, the package did not show any signs of impact and was intact upon receipt in our service, and during the device's stay with us, it was kept in a Flip box, in bubble wrap.
Our technicians check and test the phone using gloves, and their workbench is wrapped in an anti-shock material, which could not have led to the creation of the respective defect.

We assure you that we are here to help you with any questions and we do our best to make our customers' experience as pleasant and transparent as possible.
We report any deficiencies to the selling client, who decides how to proceed with the sales process: continuing it or withdrawing from the sale.

Absolute garbage website

Absolute garbage website. The reason I'm saying this is because I bought a phone from them and it didn't last more than 2 years. Also the warranty from them is said to be for 2 years, but the phone I bought's warranty lasted 1 year. I received my phone on 3 april 2023 and my warranty was until 2 april 2024. Even less than a year with a day! This is significant and shows that they are also liars! I wouldn't want anyone to buy from them and I don't recommend buying from this website either! It's better to buy a new, more expensive phone than to buy a refurbished phone, especially from them!

Liars

Liars! The initial evaluation is worthless; they offer a sum for a USED product and then drastically reduce the amount on the grounds that the product shows signs of use.

long repair time

If you buy a good product and you are lucky, then it is very good. However, if you have to arrange a warranty, then the repair will take forever.

I've bought an iphone, and of course the battery in the iphone not original, and after 2 months the battery died. At 8. January they received my phone, and they still repairing it. If you check a video on youtube, aprox. max. one hour to change a battery.

I can not believe a battery change will need 12 days.
