They have sent it to the WRONG PLACE. Even though, they confirmed for me on the phone yesterday that it will be delivered to the correct one, it’s not. AND! Despite that, I am still at the incorrectly delivered city but guess what? I can not take MY order that I already paid for, because the “seller”(absolutely incompetent) has requested it to be redirected to another office. It would all be good but it’s a Saturday and none of their phones is working. I mean, they need a break from all this scamming after all :) I will return this phone and buy it at a higher price but at a reliable source

They offer a much lower price for sale and even try to scam you with tiny scraps about your phone that don't even exist. Avoid them at all costs!

I've bought 3 phones from them! High value, great customer service. 110% recommended!

They try to scam us when we sell phones to them. They come with the most stupid reasons to cut our prices. And there repairs are taxed. I do not recomand, still waiting for my phone to come, got cut half of the price for some stupid reasons.

O experienta total neplacuta,nu recomand acest site..cel putin in ceea ce priveste vanzarea unui telefon!Am trimis un Iphone 11 pro 256 Gb,impecabil atat din punct de vedere estetic cat si din punct de vedere functional,insa “expertii” de la flip.ro l-au declarat nefunctional ,cel putin camera principala..ulterior am constat din filmarea trimisa de catre ei ca habar nu aveau,de fapt asa doreau sa para ca telefonul nu focaliza imaginea,nu ca nu facea poze..de fapt minciuni,nu stiau cum sa scada pretul oferit..cam la jumate daca se putea..oricum patetici din toate punctele de vedere,pana au nascocit un raspuns le-a trebuit vreo 2 ore..si tot asa!Regret ca am interactionat cu ei..

A very good site . I bought from them an iphone 11 pro max and the battery is 100% the screen is perfect without any problem and also no scratches on the side and back the wireless charging works perfect . No problem with the site . (Fast delivery)

Telefonul este in stare excelenta , chiar daca l am cumparat in conditia foarte bun , nu are nici o zgarietura si bateria este 100% (este vorba despre un iphone 7 plus). Singurul minus este ca telefonul se incalzeste un pic in timpul utilizarii. In concluzie chiar recomand FLIP.

Am trimis un telefon catre compania lor, oferta era de 984 de lei, totul a decurs repede fara probleme din punct de vedere ca telefonul a ajuns acolo repede si a intrat in procesul de analiza repede, am selectat plata instant deoarece am avut nevoie de banii aceea sa platesc niste cheltuieli personale la o banca care erau urgente, am purtat discutii cu personalul pe chat-ul intercom si pot spune ca daca as avea cum sa dau o recenzie personalului as da 5/5 stele pentru ca au dat dovada de seriozitate. Ziua urmatoare mai spre seara primesc un mail cu ''oferta schimbata'' am intrat sa vad despre ce e vorba si mi s-a spus ca ecranul telefonnului are defecte si ca pot primi doar 54 de lei pe el....CUM DOAR 54 DE LEI CAND ECRANUL ERA INTACT FARA NICIO ZGARIETURA SI MERGEA PERFECT FARA URME DE BURN IN SAU INGALBENIRI SAU DECOLORARI...asa ca am cerut telefonul inapoi si ma duc la un amanet. Nu prea recomand site-ul, e pierdere de timp.

After 6 months since the moment I bought my phone from Flip.ro, it still works like new!

I bought an iPhone XS in "Like New" condition and I'm really happy with the decision I took at that time - it was wise and smart to spend around 30-40% less for this refurbished phone, rather than paying the full price for a new phone. I dropped the phone several times (having a protective glass applied & cover) and nothing's broken - everything works perfect, so I believe my phone bought from Flip is qualitative and long-lasting :)

Not to mention that the staff is really kind - I'm surprised that they still care about my opinion now and asked for my review, after that much time since I bought from them.

Totally recommend! Definitely they'll have me as a customer for a lifetime!

I purchased an iPhone XS in December 2019 from Flip. Definitely one of the best acquisitions I ever made - 50% cheaper than a new version, with no scratches and even 6 months later, it works perfectly!
