I ordered flowers from this company on September 3rd online for a viewing on September 4th 2025. They advertise order by 2PM for same day delivery. The flowers WERE NOT delivered on September 4th and what was finally delivered on September the 5th for the funeral was not as I ordered. The bouquet looked cheap and I paid almost $90.00. I would not order from them again and would suggest if you care about your floral display, go elsewhere. I contacted my bank and I was then offered 18,00 back. Big whoop - the whole reason for the flowers were to comfort the family at the viewing.

I ordered flowers from them and was spending more money than I was expecting. Received an email that they were out of what was ordered. I reply, please substitute something similar. They replied they were out of all flowers. My card would be refunded in 5 days . I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. They take you money, then decide they are out of everything. If you have nothing to sell take the website down and stop ripping people off.

I ordered flowers for my niece’s birthday. Supposed to arrive today. She got nothing. I spent almost $100.00 and nothing was delivered and they are closed tomorrow and Monday because of the labor day holiday. Called my credit card and they can’t dispute the charge because it’s still pending. I’ll be disputing it as soon as it clears. What a bunch of bullcrap this company is. Do NOT use them.

WARNING ! Deceptive "free delivery" claim.

When calling to place an order I inquired about the free delivery highlighted on their website, only to be told that delivery was free but there was an $18 service fee placed on delivered orders. Shameless deception.

This company is a knock-off of a trusted company and it should be against the law. These unknown non-local people took information from me pretending to be the place that I was trying reach which is actually flowers-bynora in Broomall, Pennsylvania. BEWARE.......THIS PLACE IT NOT IN BROOMALL nor is it associated in anyway with flowers-bynora in Broomall or the top-notch service that the TRUE Nora provides

I ordered directly with the Flowers by Nora and ordered based on one of their pictures of flower arrangements. I specifically asked for one change. No lilies. The recipients have cats and lilies are toxic to cats. Arrangements were made to change the lilies to roses, AND the email confirmation confirms this change. I also told whoever took the order that the recipient had cats and lilies could kill them. Arrangement shows up the next day with lilies. Thank God my friend called the next day to thank me and during the conversation lilies came up.

Horrible experience. Ordered a week in advance. Day of they asked to make a substitute due to a flower shortage. Waited all day and then cancelled the order. Horrible service and way to do business.

I was in California for a funeral and ordered an arrangement from flowers by Nora. It was fulfilled by a local florist, so I'm not sure if the error is with flowers by Nora or the local florist. Either way, I paid a lot of money for a "deluxe" arrangement and what I received could barely be called "standard". The arrangement bore zero resemblance to what I had ordered. When I contacted customer service, they said their terms of service says arrangements might not look like advertised in size or content. What a crock! At my insistence they gave me a whopping $20 back. Don't order from these people!!!

I ordered flowers from this company and without notice the flowers never got delivered. When I called them I got the usual run around. They said the refund would be delivered in 1 to 3 days. Do not ever use this company for any reason.

Very few flowers for $91 for flowers and delivery. Ask for a picture - said they have too many orders to send a picture. No customer service. Will not use again. Very disappointed

Ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral.... didn't get them at the time of the funeral. Spoke to Flowers by Nora and they said they were out of flowers yet for some reason they were still taking orders (and money). As of this review - No flowers , no refund and the funeral is over.

Ordered for a funeral. Never delivered. Sent pictures of someone else’s arrangement with their name on the card telling me it was mine. Nothing like what I ordered. Offered $10 refund on $83.13 purchase. BUYERS BEWARE! This place is horrible!

You dial their number & talk to someone half way around the world who can barely speak English and has no idea where you live. They charge a $20+ processing fee but did NOT deliver the same day (which they promised to do). I agree with others that THIS FLORIST WEBSITE IS A SCAM

horrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They took my order and never delivered. When I called them on it they said they cancelled and sent an email I never received. I told them - maybe call next time. So embarrassing, I did not get flowers to my friends funeral.

What is the most important thing when using a floral service?.... It's that they fulfill the order! So "Flowers by Nora" is a SCAM!! THEY TAKE YOUR ORDER AND NEVER FULFILL YOUR ORDER!

Ordered in plenty of time for a next day delivery. Provided all my information including a cell phone number as well as an email. All systems were go. Sometime later an EMAIL was sent, saying that the order could NOT be filled after all. This time delay kept me from being able to place another order, as I don’t check email constantly, but DO answer phone calls…. very poor customer care.

They sent me a text after the funeral (4 hours after delivery time) that they ran out of supplies and couldn't fill the order. they said the refund was in the works. No refund a week later

I chose this florist because they are a family-owned business, and I believed that would mean a higher level of care, quality, and pride in their arrangements. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

The flowers my daughter received on an important and emotional day were far less full and vibrant than expected. The number of flowers was minimal, the arrangement lacked impact, and it simply didn’t convey the thoughtful gesture I intended. While the company issued a partial refund and cited their substitution policy, my concern is not about substitutions—it’s about the overall quality and presentation falling short of what was promised.

When sending flowers, you trust the florist to help you express care and celebration. Sadly, this arrangement did not reflect the value I paid for or the sentiment I wanted to share. I hope they will take this feedback to heart, because special moments deserve better attention to quality and detail.

This is a HORRIBLE company to deal with !! Floral arrangement order for my Aunt's Funeral NEVER ARRIVED !!! Brugemans Funeral Home never received my arrangement, but Nora's said it did. My cousin, daughter of the deceased NEVER saw our arrangement ordered and PAID for ????

These people are absolute scammers!
The flowers they delivered were NOTHIING like the arrangement on the website.
The flowers delivered were about one forth what they advertise.
They took 2 days to act like they were rectifying the sitiation, but said they would send me $30 back.
stay far away from these clowns!
