Do NOT TRUST THIS SITE
I placed an order, large order for my mothers celebration in life. I felt like their website is misleading and while in conversations with salesperson were assured they were in Plant City, Fl They are not. They kept calling and saying they couldnt get fliwrrs that are very common. They had plenty ofctijecto order them. Day after day they called with another problem with my order. They called two days before my event and told me they are canceling my order. They could not get product. Now waiting 3 days to see if I get a refund!

Do not use, scam, scam, scam After reading some of the reviews on the site all I can say is I had the exact same experience. I almost feel like this is a bait and switch fraudulent set up and I’m not sure who I would refer it to. There’s too many of the exact same stories. How many times could they not have flowers? It is their excuse for everything. Ordered a bouquet for my daughter. The order was in no way equivalent and it included dead flowers. It was horrible. It did not come from them. It came from the local grocery store florist. Like they took their buy three bunches of flowers for $15.99 and stuck it in a vase. So disappointed. I wanted 100% refund. But they gave me their service fee.

Zero or negative stars would be better. This place is awful. The worst floral arrangement ever. Looked half dead and did not resemble what I ordered. If you want to be embarrassed, order from Nora’s. It should be ashamed of the products it assembles. Total fraud.
One star is too many
One star is too many. Ordered flowers for a birthday but when they weren't delivered I had to reach out to the company and was then told that they had no inventory and would refund my money. I was LIVID, mostly because I had to reach out to THEM, AFTER the delivery date. I honestly learned a huge lesson here. I should have done more research because if I'd seen the crappy reviews before I placed the order, my sister would probably have had flowers on her birthday.

I really wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. Unfortunately, my experience reflects exactly what others have reported.
• I paid for the premium version, but what was delivered looked more like the basic—or even below the “deluxe” option shown online.
• The hidden service fee was never disclosed upfront.
• Despite the “same-day delivery” promise, the order didn’t arrive on time.
• Their Better Business Bureau rating is poor.
• And worst of all, we didn’t even end up supporting a local business, which was the whole point of ordering through them.
Really disappointed. 😣
Horrible florist
Honestly, this is being generous. Never received my flowers. I was given multiple different delivery dates and then told that “well We just can’t get them.” Then I was told it would take them a week to return the money to my bank account. They should’ve never even been allowed to bill the account if they did have the flowers in stock. I still have not received my refund

What I ordered and what was delivered bore When I shared picture from their site of what I ordered vs a picture of my what was delivered and asked for refund or to deliver what I ordered they cited their “substitution” policy and gave me $20 refund. Not good experience!!!

Very disappointed. Did not get what I ordered and they refused to correct it. Instead, they sent me a large legal document stating that they have the right to make substitutions and did not have to take any further action (after multiple emails, they did agree to refund $30, but I wanted them to just deliver what I ordered, but they refused). I spent $93.87 for the Perfectly Purple Bouquet and a Love & Romance mylar balloon. The arrangement doesn't even look close, and they sent a Happy Birthday balloon. Totally ruined the intent of sending the flowers.
Another absolute failure by Nora’s flowers. Stay away!
First, this company advertises as being local. They are NOT! Second, they failed to deliver my order for a birthday for a new girlfriend on the day I requested! There first excuse was” we had a system issue and your order was misplaced”. The second excuse used was I had customized an arrangement and they needed to get the stems in the next day. Third, the arrangement delivered was not what I ordered. It did not contain the customization, it wasn’t even close to the arrangement I ordered. Fourth, I immediately called them and they said they would call be back in 15 minutes. Fifth, I sent three emails that night and next morning requesting status. Crickets !!!! Sixth, the fourth email I told them to cancel and remediation attempt and refund my $140. 24 hours later, still crickets!!! I have refuted the charge! Do not use these idiots! They are a complete fraud!!!! Support and use your local florist with a street address!!

I think one star is even too much. I flowers ordered two weeks in advance for a friends birthday and the flowers showed up after the business was closed. I called flowers by Nora numerous times trying to find out where the flowers were and they stated the flowers are delivered in order of order date, I guess everyone orders their flowers more than 2 weeks in advance. The customer service is horrendous and i will never use this florist again

I ordered a funeral arrangement for my sister who was having a single day viewing followed immediately by burial. Nora charged me for the arrangement as soon as order was placed. On the day of the funeral the arrangement was not delivered. I called Nora’s and was told they were having a supply chain issue and would not be delivering the arrangement. I would have thought they would have called me or better yet worked with another florist to have the arrangement delivered.
STAY AWAY
I was emailed at 5:40 AM that delivery was not complete due to a gate code (I did not know the address in question was in gated community). I planned to text the recipient for the gate code at a more reasonable hour later in the morning, but instead I received a rude cancellation email at 8:40 AM. So I had less than three hours - all before normal business hours - to resolve the issue before cancelling WEDDING flowers. Wish I had seen these review before purchasing.
Flowers never delivered... and no communication
I ordered flowers for delivery on 9-11-25 for my sister in law. Since I never heard that they were received, we checked with her and she confirmed that she did not receive any flower deliveries. I called the store (Noras Flowers) and the woman said they had a supply chain issue and could not deliver. But, they NEVER called me to let me know this information and now it will take 30 days for a refund! Do NOT order from this business - they cannot be trusted and lie to customers.

Horrible experience with the Kingston, Florist. Flowers were for Funeral delivered to funeral home, more than half the flowers were willted or dead. callled and they said there is nothing they can do as it has been a week. I am out of state and just found out from Family who were at the funeral home and the director said they some of the worst he had seen. he tried to salvage but said they were pretty bad. NO refund or offer to help. BUYER BEWARE
A Scam Broad Spread Theft
Total scam and you see it all over the internet and with the better business bureau. I spent $170 they sent something completely different cheap w dying flowers. Contacted & complained no response. Can find no licensing for them. Absolutely awful… A scam! I ordered flowers at 8 AM and they guaranteed they would get them there during the day and follow up. They receipt to my email. I checked later in the day and there was no email. I called to check in and they told me that they could not do the order because they had no inventory. They did not call me. And had no apology for their lack of service.

This is a scam! Pretended to deliver flowers, no flowers showed at Hospice. Called to f/u and was told that "higher mgmt" researching case. Would not tell me supervisor name or name of owner of company. Pretends to be from Chapel Hill NC, but no address shown. Called BBB on them. Shame, shame for pretending to help people in time of grief!

They pulled a bait and switch. No truth in advertising. The plant I ordered did not come with the container as advertised. I specifically asked when I ordered from Shy if that was the container. She said "yes" I asked them to correct and I was told no.
Do NOT trust tem!
I sent flowers to my 92 year old Mom. The next day I received a notice by email that they were short of flowers and didn’t deliver. Now my poor mom thinks I forgot her! I am heartbroken.
