The most horrible experience I faced after ordering from you. We wanted to send Lavender & White for the 25th Anniversary of our Brother. We requested the CSR who took our order to make sure flowers arrive at the destination in the AM. He promised us & charged almost $20 bucks service fee for the order alongwith the Deluxe package. The flowers didnt arrive on time. We kept following up with them & every CSR we got on phone promised to call us back with delivery status, which they didnt. After repeated phone calls the flowers finally arrived at the destination in the evening when the couple was about to leave town.
To our surprise, when my family sent me the picture of the flower they received, it didnt match anything that we had ordered.
It is a fraud service & they cheated us. We will take it up in the consumer forum & make sure they pay for the inconvenience & poor customer service they provided us.
Did not fulfill order
I ordered flowers about noon the day before a funeral, figuring there would be no problem since they guaranteed same day delivery. They emailed me the morning of the funeral that due to supply issues they couldn't fulfill the order.

I specifically ordered the red white and blue basket arrangement to honor a veteran. The arrangement was made without any blue flowers.
I contacted the customer service and was told that substitutions can be made to ensure timely delivery. Then they included a copy of their policy.
Ok … I can understand if I purchased an arrangement named “sunshine mix” and they added more yellow flowers than orange. Or used different types of flowers. But to advertise an arrangement as red white and blue in its NAME and NOT include the 3 basic colors .. is a whole new level of scam. Then to throe the policy in my face.
So beware .. if you order anything, just know you will get whatever they see fit. You just might get black flowers as a substitution for a sunny mix b/c hey, that’s their policy.

I ordered roses for my wife and a small box of chocolates. The flowers came, but the chocolates did not. I called back 3 times to find out what happened. The first 2 calls they hung up the phone, and the third call, I was told they would investigate and call me back. Of course they never did. SCAM…I actually paid more for the delivery and junk fees- and the candy I never received- than I did for the flowers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! Of If I could give them a ZERO rating I would.

My experienced was greatly disappointing and I would not recommend using this florist ever. I paid for an arrangement for a friend going through a rough time and the one they delivered looked nothing like it, it was essentially leftover weeds with one flower and a plain vase. I emailed the photos and asked them about this and their response was short and not helpful, essentially saying I agreed to any substitutions based on availability. Be prepared to get a quickly created pot of weeds if you agree to substitutions, for the price of their beautifully picutured examples. I am not sure what is more disappointing, the flowers and arrangement or the customer service response.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Flowers by Nora. I placed an order with a specific delivery time request, expecting a proper, hand-delivered experience—as is standard for flower deliveries. Unfortunately, the flowers were left outside by the door on a cold day, instead of being delivered in person as promised.
At no point was I informed that my delivery would not be completed in the requested time slot. There was no call, text, or email notifying me of any delay or change. This lack of communication completely ruined the experience and reflects poor customer service.
Delivering flowers should be a thoughtful, personal experience—especially when people trust your company to make special moments meaningful. Leaving them unattended in the cold is unacceptable.
I am requesting a full refund for the poor service and failed delivery experience.

Horrific flowers delivered to a memorial service. I ordered the deluxe arrangement. Cheap and shoddy. Charged me over 100 dollars. Offerd me an eighteen dollar discount. They also claim to be a local business. They aren't.

I wish I could give negative stars. They charged 90 bucks for flowers I could have picked up in a grocery chain for 14.99. Absolute shit. They are not local maintain no physical location and farm it out to a local florist who probably has no clue to what was ordered. Do not use them for any reason.
Don't order flowers from this business
Misdelivered bouquet. I ordered a medium size bouquet for delivery to the office where my friend works in Albuquerque NM. It was too late to get them delivered the same day as my call, so I waited to hear from my friend the following business day. She never called because the flowers were delivered to the wrong building on the wrong street. I have the delivery person's photo of where the flowers were left, and I have a picture of my friends building. Not the same number and the buildings don't have the same style exterior or front door. Having submitted multiple photo's back to Nora's Flowers customer service team, I convinced them my friend never got the flowers I ordered, and I did get a refund.

Later that same day, received an email saying "Sorry - we can't fulfill this order," and this message was sent after it was too late to source another florist. Missed the deadline, communicated it very poorly (no call / text / urgency) and made me miss celebrating someone on their special day. Unreliable and awful service.
Undelivered order
I ordered an expensive arrangement for a friend's memorial service, and no flowers were delivered. They cited supply chain problems. When I called the day before the funeral, they made no mention of any issue. If I had been told then, I would have understood & made an order elsewhere. Not happy with my experience - I would not use them again.

If I could give negative stars, I would. How do these people look in the mirror or sleep at night? The flowers for my brother-in law’s graveside service arrived AT THE END of the service and was disruptive! Flowers were lackluster, not fresh, to boot. It was a small family service and the only flowers to be there! They said “they were sorry” a dozen times and refunded $25 of the $175!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

A Scam
Apparently, Flowers by Nora is a bogus company that claims to be in Texarkana but is not. It was my wife's birthday and I ordered her a nice bouquet to be delivered at her place of employment. 2 hours after I placed the order, I got an email saying they couldn't fulfill the order because of supply problems and my card had already been charged. They claim I will get reimbursed but I'm not holding my breath.

The flowers were very late and showed up 1.5 hours after the service began. I paid for premium and the flowers delivered were anything but. Worst than the most basic shown on the web site. Some flowers were wilted. The delivery person was still in her pajamas. Customer service was terrible. The Funeral director and myself called several times and the only response we had was that they couldn't get ahold of the delivery person. I never received the promised email conformation, which makes sense now that I have had this experience. They leave no fingerprints. They claimed to be in the same town as the funeral home. Clearly they are not and I cannot locate the actual business location. I was very embarrassed at the funeral. The phone number I ordered from was 844-236-9077. A search of the phone number also provided no results. If you are looking for flowers for a funeral, may I suggest you call the funeral home and ask for a referral from them for a local florist. I wish I would have. I did not take photos as I felt this would not have been appropriate at a funeral.
