disappointed

I ordered two dresses - Mother of the Groom. Picture is nothing like the dresses received. Very disappointed and certainly price doesn't match result received. don't buy from this organisation.

I’m waiting patiently for my dress. I’m not sure why it takes such a long time to receive , and the tracking can no longer be updated . Crossing my fingers it comes at all!

Be careful ordering off this company

Be careful ordering off this company. I ordered a dress off here a while ago and they didn’t dispatch until I emailed 3 weeks after not receiving it. I eventually got the dress and it was a different material. Still nice but not as advertised. I ordered something else as I liked another dress. Now two weeks have passed. No confirmation of order and I look on the website to see my dress has not been dispatched. I email them to get an email back saying….. get this “oh when do you want it for?”…… Are you kidding me???! Just send the order already…. Do I have to send an email with each order asking where it is to justify when I want the item before it is shipped out????!!! Avoid this company if I were you!!! Pound to a penny the dress won’t be as advertised and I’ve got buckleys chance of getting a refund!!!!

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Gaxe them a 1 because 0 wasn't an option. Ordered the dress in February received it in may after the event . Didn't matter because I couldn't have v worn it anyway. It wasn't the color zip ordered and nothing at all like it was described or pictured tried to get return information and never once received the information! Tried reaching out to PayPal and the were no help what so ever. Don't buy from them

The dress I ordered didn’t fit …

The dress I ordered came after 3 weeks which was ok. However when I opened the bag the odor was horrible and the dress was very wrinkled. I tried it on and didn’t like how it looked at all. I have contacted customer service via email and the want to refund me 30 % of the cost. I will never order from this company again. I am still working with them to get refunded the whole amount.

Customer Satisfaction - RETURN

I have been trying to reach ANYONE at Flycurvy to make a return. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE!! I paid for 2 dresses and neither one fit. When I chatted on-line with someone, they asked me to pay $5 to continue to a support technician to assist me. NO!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Flycurvy is the worst when it comes to returns! I emailed them for a return label and of course you have to answer questions. I did and I have no resolution. I informed them that I didn't purchase for myself that I purchased for someone else as a birthday gift. The dresses did not fit in width or length. Way too long. I had to contact my banking institution to let them know what happened so I can have them reverse the charges! These companies are getting ridiculous with their returns.

AWFUL!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

AWFUL!!!! Ordered a dress for a wedding, when it arrived it was really, really poor quality! Nothing like the website portrayed. E-mailed them several times, they eventually replied asking for photos. I sent several photos, they eventually offered me a percentage of the price! I gave up in the end! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!!

Scam Artists?

I ordered a dress in 5xl to fit a US size 16. Could barely get it on. Sleeves were cap sleeves with elastic which left marks. The material is similar to that of 1970’s children’s Halloween costumes. I’m STILL trying to return it. Four times they have sent same email asking if I will instead, accept a 50% refund or $20 towards something else. If their largest size has issues, why try again?

Flycurvy has since provided the information requested to make a return. It took 6 emails, but I finally got the information I needed. It’s just a shame I had to resort to a poor review before receiving the information needed.

Yes, indeed, I ordered from Flycurvy and since you have blocked me from your site, I know that you are quite aware. I responded with my issue to the only email provided on the Flycurvy website. My issue was that I kept receiving repeated identical emails from Flycurvy asking me to take a discount instead of giving me the information to return for refund. It wasn’t until the 6th reply that I finally received the necessary information. And, apparently, I’m not the only one who has had issues with returns. Had the return gone smoothly, I would have tried again with a different style dress.

Firstly we are glad to see that you received the return instrcutions.
Secondly we would like to clarify that the support team and the customer complaint team are independent from each other. The CSR who offer the return address didn't know what was going on here.
Thirdly, it was not until this moment that I saw your email in the background, which, after searching on our system, has no email chain connected. Since there is no order ID you can offer, I have to assume that your order was not placed on Flycurvy.
Lastly, Customers don't need a poor review to sort ot out -- you are always allowed to email us at complaint@flycurvy.com to address the issues.

Upon inspection, I found that on our website, most of the 5XL items are US size 22 or 24. And most of the 2XL items are US size 16. I didn't find any item in 5XL that fit US size 16. Therefore could you provide a SKU of the item and other details such as order ID and email address so that we can look into the problem and initiate the necessary steps to resolve it?

We also note that the partial refund or coupon did not solve your problem, and we apologize again for this. We are committed to reviewing our product lines and sizing standards to avoid similar issues in the future.

Poor quality, nothing like the website image

The dress I received was cheaply made and looked nothing like the photo. Website said easy returns but when I asked for a refund they offered me $16.50 on a $59 dress. Or I could get a 30% discount on my next order. Then I found these reviews. I fear I am in for quite a ride in the return process. Shipment came from US but they will probably ask me to mail to China based on these reviews. Unless you are in the UK and then they want you to mail to the US. Weird. When I looked further at the website, I was hard pressed to find anything but 5 star reviews, so they are probably blocking any negative reviews. Based on their trust pilot reviews, there is no way all website reviews are positive. I fear I am about to lose my money due to misrepresentation
