I love my dress

I love my dress! Love!! It is 80% true to picture. Worth the $38US. I will order again!! I will continue to post a pic on all your ads of me in it! I felt so pretty!

This website shouldn't exist

This website shouldn't exist. They don't deserve 1 star. I order 2 very simple items and it's been 6 weeks! I need my items within one week and I've got nothing back from them. They told me it shipped like a day after I ordered. I CANT EVEN TRACK MY ITEMS! Why????? If they don't get the items they will be sued. Period. I'll be sure to leave a TERRIBLE review about them on every site possible!

Flycurvy fraud!

My dress arrived in good time but… the dress came floor length I’m 5”8, dress pictured is tea length! The lace pattern and placement did not match the picture I bought from! The quality of the lace was an inexpensive lace normally used in cheap curtains. I took several pictures flycurvy offered me a discount and then offered me a refund but no refund on the shipping! I let them know that this was false advertising!

I have ordered from this company…

I have ordered from this company multiple times and never had a problem. The last dress I ordered was tea length....I am short so I never expected it to be actually tea length. I LOVE THE DRESS!!! It was everything I wanted.

The top I received wasn't anything like…

The top I received wasn't anything like the picture. I ordered what looked like a denium ombray shirt. When I received it isn't even denium material and the stitching was painted on. Terrible. Not worth returning it as it will cost more than the cost. In the bin it goes.

Edit: The company got back to me after this reveiw and refunded me my money without the return of the item. Thanks heaps

Absolutely the worst

Absolutely the worst. I ordered a dress was suppose to be tea length it wasn't it is floor length. Material is thin like a nightgown. Tried to return what a joke they offered me 16.00 to keep it. When I declined they sent the return address with all these rules to follow to send a return and pictures they need taken. I believe they fit the scam profile. People beware.

Ordered a dress on February 28

Order a dress on February 28, 2024 for a wedding for April. Didn’t get my order until May 5 or so didn’t need the dress anymore. Tried to return it. They wanted me to pay for shipping and would not refund me. Do not buy from this company. !!! They wanted to give me a discount towards another order ! No way!! The dress was cheap and looked like a nightgown !

How exactly do you get thru to this…

How exactly do you get thru to this company? I've emailed twice and left a message on their Facebook page. I want to cancel my order because item will arrive too late for alterations needed. Never again!

Item Never Shipped

I ordered a dress that said it would be shipped in 24 hours. That was on March 1, 2024. It is now May 4, 2024 and the dress still hasn't been shipped. I have reached out to their customer service several times and I just keep being given different dates it is expected to ship. Now I'm asking for a refund and they are ignoring me. I will NEVER order from this company again.

Poor quality and forget about returns

I ordered two dresses that took over a month to arrive. One wasn't the same color as pictured on the website (pink vs. lavender) and had darts at the chest that needed cones for a bra and was the CHEAPEST looking dress ever. The other wasn't horrible but just fit poorly. Where it really gets bad is trying to process a return. I had to send an email, it took them a week to respond with questions and need for pictures. Another week and no response. I doubt I'll ever get my money back. I will never order again.

Ordered a Dress 3/24/24 For an Event

I ordered a dress 3/24/24 for an event. As of today, it has still not arrived. I had read the reviews, but hoped I would be one of the luckier ones. No such luck. Good thing I have a Plan B because the dress will not have arrived in time. Recommend you not rely on this company. UPDATE: The dress finally arrived, and it is OK. Regardless, expect a LONG wait period for your order.

The dress I received was nothing like…

The dress I received was nothing like the picture. I should have known better that to trust China. Shame on me. I want a full refund for this poor quality item. I could have bought a better dress at family dollar stores.

Patience

This company is a total scam

UPDATE!!! I contacted them through email and was refunded my money. It was actually a quick response.
This company is a total scam. I've been waiting months for my order. Emailp with my concerns are just answered with it's coming. I'll be contacting my credit card company to let them know of the scam.

I ordered 8 blouses on here for my…

I ordered 8 blouses on here for my upcoming vacation. I emailed them that I needed a refund due to the blouses being extremely small, they did not even fit over my bust. I received an email a few days later saying that they received my email and saw that I ordered 8 items and wanted to know which item I was requesting a refund for. The original email stated that they all did not fit as they are all the same size. I need a full refund so that I can purchase my vacation wear somewhere else. Have not heard back. I hope this is an honest company, I have a very limited budget.

No confirmation of purchase, no tracking info, customer service very slow to respons, gives no info, and suggest if not received within 6 weeks I can request refund. No response to my request for refund. Scam?!

I ordered a dress on March 4, and have not received as of to date. I emailed and was informed the dress will be mailed out at the end of March. I emailed again and was informed that the dress will be mail out in a week Let’s see if that’s true. It’s sad that the service is so bad. The dresses look really nice. I have ordered same dress 3 times.

I have ordered several dresses trying to find the right one for a gala and for my daughter's wedding. The purple iridescent ordered dress arrived and looks nothing like the picture. I emailed support email and no response. I ordered the dress again and received an email that it was delivered 4/15/24, which it was NOT. ORDER #FC00597569. EMAILED AGAIN. No response. Stupid me ordered the same dress again, for third time, Hoping to just get the dress and try to resolve in the meantime. I have ordered several dresses and the quality is very good, sizing is spot on but now I am concerned. After reading reviews, I have now forwarded my last email and pictures to complaint email address hoping for a response and resolution.
