Poor service...long delays

ordered 2 dresses on the 9th of February...after many emails was told it would be shipped promptly in March..arrived today 15th of April...only to find one dress was nothing like what I ordered...not even the right colour...have emailed again but no response! buyer beware. After reviewing on here suddenly they responded. I was offered a refund for the dress and told I could keep it...by the way I paid 39.99 dollars but was offered the reduced cost of $29.99

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a dress 3/23. Wanted to cancel but excuses made. Several emails later, same excuses, still no dress, and $65.00 stolen. This company is crooked and are scammers. They need to be shut down. I want my $ back!!
Have tracking info, dress still has NOT SHIPPED!

Refund practice - a profit for the company

I paid for shipping and handling when I purchased my outfit,
After an email to locate my item it finally arrived. The top was very large so I requested a refund. Took 2 emails.
The answer to my request arrived via email with no return labels. Listing various options.
Option one stated return package and pay the most likely costly expense.
Option 2 take a 30% as my refund
Option 3 take 1/2 of the original cost as a store credit. and keep the item.
The first item I noticed in their return policy that appears not to be correct in my case, the labels are not sent you pick the delivery options and most likely tell them how it is coming.
It was a little expensive lesson and I did not take all the reviews seriously. Now I know better. Please read reviews and take them seriously.
I find their return practice not customer friendly at all and would never recommend flycurvy based on that policy.

You will never get your item

Placed an order on February 24th and as of April 3rd still have not received a tracking number or shipping notice, three emails to customer service, every time they tell me that they are working on it and they need more processing time. I am disputing my payment with my credit card company now as they have just today extended the processing time on my order another two weeks to mid April which will be 2 months after I place the order without the order being shipped. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered a dress on the 14th March

I ordered a dress on the 14th March, but still have not received it. 😒 I had a email saying it was shipped and to press on tracker for further info. On doing this. I found it was a scam tracking website. I have even emailed and had no response. I'm very sad as I loved that the dress

11th April- I have finally received my dress. I also finally had a response from Flycurvy. I am greatful for a fantastic dress.

I ordered on March 11th 2024, I tried tracking my order. Finally saw it, yesterday showed at post office, today there is no information. I just want my order. I have paid for it. If no response I want a full refund. it's not hard.

What on earth was I thinking?

What on earth was I thinking? After being constantly bombarded by Facebook ads from this brand, and in desperation as I couldn't find a suitable glitzy outfit for an upcoming black tie event, I ordered a sparkly blue jumpsuit, a dress I thought might be a safer option, and a sparkly top. 2/3 items were delivered within 3 weeks, I'm still waiting on the top. There is nothing technically wrong, apart from the fact that they are cheap fabrics (as you might expect given the price) and they just look terrible. I won't be able to wear them - I'd look like I was in some sort terrible costume - but like many online retailers they make the returns process so costly and inconvenient to ensure that you won't bother.

In some ways, this business model seems to offer many benefits. They own the factory, so effectively these are cheap clothes made to order, cutting out the fast fashion chain stores. However, it transfers all the risk of the purchase to the end customer, who can no longer try something to see if it looks good, and send it back if it doesn't. So, the world still has the problem of cheap clothes, shipped thousands of miles, just going to waste.

If you are a size 22 and looking for a sparkly blue jumpsuit, try Vinted, that's where I'll be selling mine :(

Be forewarned

Be forewarned! I have had nothing but hassles with this company...it started with them sending me the wrong sizes in 2 dresses - and I think the second was on purpose. Refunds were a complete hassle - finally gave me a 50% store credit and keep the merchandise which is useless to me - and the order I made with that both came in wrong sizes. I give up. I will NEVER use this store again!!!

If you received a wrong-size item, you can give us the photo showing the discrepancy between the order details and size tag to get the correct size. If we did ship the size you order but it didn't fit you, you can contact us to return it for a full refund.

Regarding the store credit, we would like to clarify that we offer alternative solutions only as a gesture of goodwill to customers who may find the return not practical. However, we do also offer full refunds if you insist on returning the product. We won't send any store credit if the customer doesn't accept it. We hope you can understand.

I would’ve given no stars if possible. I ordered a dress in February and still have not received it. Also I never received a confirmation email with an order number. I sent them an email, surprise, no reply. I’m disappointed with them. I have no dress and they have my money.

I have ordered a dress from flycurvy…

I have ordered a dress from flycurvy few days ago. In the website, there was no clue about the currency in which the price was displayed.. so as I was ordering from Australia, I supposed the price will be in AUD. But when the money was debited from my account, there was a huge difference which I didn’t expected at all… second thing, in the order summary, there was no clue about the delivery date… and I am still expecting it.. because I ordered the dress for my sons birthday which is next week 🥲🥲.. very very poor service

Fraud

Money was taken out of my PayPal from an ETRUNK on March 17th but no order confirmation was received and emails/FB messages have been ignored. I will file a fraud case with PayPal. Do not order with them!!!

UPDATE: I am revising my rating due to response from customer service. I received a full refund very quickly due to canceling the order. I requested to cancel due to item not able arrive in time for my event.

Do not give this company any money

Ordered a dress on 6th March but still awaiting shipment. Why? My payment cleared instantly.

Two emails to enquire about my order but neither have been responded to.

Happy to give you order number, address and email if Flycurvy would rather I supplied that here on a review site rather than responding to my emails.

My response to the offer of a $10 voucher on future purchases

Thank you for your offer of $10 for a future order.

Sadly this order will arrive much too late for the event it was bought for.

I would suggest you do not offer these for sale if you do not have the item on your shelf to sell.

Due to the extended time of customer service and the lead time for the order to be fulfilled, I will not be using your $10 discount nor will I be recommending you to my friends

Scam through PayPal. I ordered through Flycurvy website on…

I ordered through Flycurvy website on 15th March 2024, and wa directed to PayPal to complete transaction. The PayPal lists the receiver of funds as ETRUN- K with no mention of Flycurvy. I have sent two emails to request assistance, as I have not received any confirmation that they received my order, however there has been no response. Please beware of this scam :(

Update...I purchased a mother of the bride dress but a cheap house dress arrived.

UPDATE Fly curvy have contacted me. I was thinking I had been scammed, but no, they were very efficient and offered to refund me 1/2 of the cost of my order without the need to return the bad dress. I have actually received that refund. I was doubtful but they did everything they promised. Also I had ordered a different dress which arrived and is exactly as advertised so no not sure why their photos of my dress were so wrong. However I am impressed with the companies customer service and communication. I have one more dress on back order and now have confidence it will actually come. Be aware delivery can take a while so you need to order at least 2 months before you need the item. I still don't have my mother of the bride dress and my search continues.....

Plus Size Casual Navy Blue Floral Print Layered Flare Sleeve Midi Dress. It was advertised as mother of the bride and in the photos was obviously a layer of soft flowing printed chiffon over a heavier weight fabric. Very beautiful and flowing, definitely mother of the bride style. The dress that arrived was a single layer stretch fabric of a similar cut but a very different dress - no over lay fabric and sleeves completely different. You might wear it gardening or to go to the shops in, poor quality printing similar flower print to the photo but cheap, cheap cheap looking. Such a false photo on the website.
