The items did resemble the pictures on the website. Poor quality. Pants 3 or 4 sizes larger than the top. Customer service was insulting and indicated that they did not believe i had tried on the clothes and wanted proof of the poor quality in pictures. Then sent a survey that would not process a poor review.
Update: After placing this review, I received an apology for the wording of the prior email and received a 100% refund. The refund was processed quickly and the individual in the complaint department was very nice. I would recommend the company hire a native English speaker to compose emails to US customers. The return process is bit cumbersome but it worked quickly.

I placed an order on 4th February, 2024. I order three dresses, the order is still "awaiting shipment" I emailed them asking about my order, I received a reply on 24th February about five days later apparently they are making the dresses as they quote: "in order to ensure the quality of the product, the factory took some time to make" the website did say ships within 20 business days, I am waiting for this time before I submit a dispute with Paypal for a refund. Never again.

I ordered a dress for my mom on the 2nd of February. When ordering the delivery time (after putting her address) was estimated to 10-14 days and of course the order is still marked as "awaiting for shipment".
The problem is that they have a terrible customer service! My mom emailed them in the beginning of this week and she is still (5 days later) waiting for an answer on the status of the order - when they claim to have a 24hour response rate.
I would advice everyone to think twice before ordering from them!!

The dress is nice just need to get it pressed. It fits perfect maybe just a tad big. It arrived in plenty of time I ordered it on February 2nd and I arrived on February 14th! This was a great experience for my first time ordering from them.
I ordered a dress for my babyshower. I was worried it wasn't going to come in time, but it did, it actually came early! I received it in 3 weeks time 🙂 I got LOTS of compliments on it at my shower, and alot of people asked where I bought it from. I'd definitely buy from them again. The dress was a great material and great quality. I definitely recommend this website 🙂
I’m very unhappy with my order. The jacket looked like a cut price version of what is portrayed on line. VERY cheap fabric. The dress while pretty is TINY. Certainly not the size I ordered or expected. I tried to go to the returns page and it gave me a 401 page not found. I definitely would like someone to help me sort out a refund please.

They addressed my concern early
The items are not high quality. I would say they last a season of occasional wear. They do run on the larger side which is unexpected. But sometimes, that is a risk (too small, too large, etc.). My order from over 30 days ago had not shipped so i emailed to cancel and requested a refund. I got the we have great items, you should wait, here is a discount for future purchase email. Shipping would take 2+plus weeks once done and I prefer the refund over the just ok (maybe) items. They will immediately charge your card for the purchase but it will take 15 business days for them to process a refund........it is a gamble that you receive your items in a timely manner, that they are of any good quality and if there is an issue, beware.

Do not Please DO NOT ORDER from them. I placed an order with them a month before an event I was going to attend so even when I saw it was gonna get here late I tried canceling my order they refused so then I waited two more months for my order to come in which it never did. So again I ask for a refund well they had me do the investigation with my post office I was told it was sent back and now the company is telling me the return to sender doesn’t go back to there warehouse so it got disposed of and want to only offer me 15 dollars 30% off of another purchase. Instead of refunding me my money because there was an error between them and the post office something completely out of my hands. This company ripsoff so many people

I placed a large order over two months ago. They shipped the items a couple pieces at a time and I am still waiting for some things.
Sizing is terrible. I ordered according to the size chart and almost nothing fits.
They sent me two totally different dresses than what I ordered.
They send you an email asking you to write a review, but if you try to put a one or two star review then they won't let you post it and it says, "Only customers who have confirmed receipt of this item can make a review." But the way I got to that review was by clicking a link in an email they sent me after the item was confirmed as delivered.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Multiple times they said something was out of stock - but only after I contacted to ask where my order was. It is more than 2 months now and still don't have my order and am now overseas on the trip I wanted the clothes for - and today I finally get a message saying part of my order has finally been shipped. I have emailed multiple times and I will give them credit for responding but that doesn't fix the issue that they haven't delivered even with plenty of time. Appalling service, I won't be back and will advise everyone I know to stay well away from them!!

Ordered two plus size dresses Nov 29, arrived Dec 16. Quality and fit not as pictured on their website. One dress was extremely small even though I followed their size chart for the specific dress, I could not even put it on.
The second dress did fit, however they do not fit well, especially for a Fuller curvy figure. The armholes were so large it showed half my bra, and the front panel is made flat, no shaping to the garment whatsoever.
Their customer service responded within 2 days, but despite it being a fault with their size chart and their product, they only offered me a 30% refund without having to return the garments which are useless to me. I will never order from them again.
On Dec 22 they responded to this review and contacted me to offer more of a refund to make it 50% of my purchase price or If I pay for return shipping and repackage items in like new, original packaging They would refund the whole purchase price. The response below also explains the size chart and each garment, but I did follow the garments specific size chart and it was at least two sizes too small. And the front panel of the garment is just the flat fabric no shaping or darts to accommodate a fuller figure.

I ordered several dresses on October 23rd. The last 2 arrived on December 14th!! 5 days after the event I was hoping to wear them at!
One dress was cancelled by them z apparently not enough orders. Another dress was sent incorrectly ie a completely different dress was sent than the one I ordered. They kept offering me a discount on another order for the mistake, but never sent the dress I ordered. Eventually I got a refund on that dress.
All dresses were ordered in the same size, but some are huge whereas some fit well. No consistency.
The photos make them look far better than they are, but I guess you get what you pay for. Just don't be in a hurry....

Put in a $450 order and they’re too lousy to provide a proper tracking number. I try to track it and it says incorrect tracking number. It’s been 3 weeks I’ve only received one dress from the order. I’ve emailed their support twice with no response when they claim they’ll answer you within 48 hours any day of the week. In my opinion it is a scam company, purchase from someone that deserves your hard earned money.

Not a proper store. By the covered up Chinese labels I'm going to guess it's a drop shipping company or straight from a factory thing. I did get the items but they were all far too large (their size chart is way out.) The shirt had a pretty design, but was a yucky, clingy stretchy material and about 3 sizes too big. The built in bra dress was baggy mess, with two cups tacked to the inside of the chest area (zero support). It's unwearable. The second dress was not bad quality (why they didn't just advertise it properly I'll never know), but not what I expected (much longer skirt (meant to be tea length but touches the floor), thicker, lined material, and with a very low V neck that I couldn't wear in public and be considered decent, and as for all the others too big (~2 sizes out). The jacket it came with was ironically a size too small! (So weird.) It also looked nothing like the picture and doesn't suit the dress at all even if it did fit. Can't recommend. I got my clothes sent out, but the quality and sizing was a lucky dip, and you might not even get what is pictured. Not looking forward to attempting to return them, I suspect it's going to be challenging from other reviews I've seen.
