The company can improve by making products last more than 2 years. It seems I'm lucky to have outlasted lots of other disattifued consumers.

Just bought a fridge thermometer. It's reading 20 degrees c. So basically its room temperature.

Why is this company allowed to get away with this? Spent a lot of money on a fridge freezer American style for it to not last even a year! Now no one will remove as I just want rid and gonna get a small British made absolute disgrace

Broke after 13 months. Warranty only valid for 12 months. 13 months for a £500 fridge freezer. Absolutely disgusting.

These fridges are useless. Door closing very poor, we’ve lost 2 freezer loads of food per year over the 4-years we’ve had this fridge freezer. Fridge over cools all the time. The only way we can get the fridge to stop freezing is by leaving it half empty. Rubbish product, company offers no UK after sales support, AVOID!!!!

Spare door handle ordered and paid for on 10 May despite numerous attempts to contact the company (Pacifica) I still can’t get any sense or answers from anyone
Performance wise leaves much to be desired. Normal setting sometimes freezes the eggs and other time allows trays of ice defrost quickly.
I would run a long way to avoid having to buy another one

Been waiting 59 for a freezer repair, sub-contracters with kids answering phone engineers not turning up repair man out twice, repair man told them it needed replacing they made no contact, had to chase them again! absoluely sick to death of them, had i seen this trust pilot result i would have never bought from them, now awaiting for a code to get new one from AO and still having to badger them about it"

I bought the fridgemaster American fridge freezer ms91518ffs less that two years ago. Broke down and all food went to waste. Called them ' sorry only 1 year warranty'. So I'm assuming they are built to last 1 year but maybe I got lucky with 2. Had all sensors changed and sooo on. But nooo it was the compressor system which will cost the same as new American fridge freezer. Shame

Bought an integrated MBUL.60138MF in April 2022, it is now July 2024 and the fridge has failed, it no longer cools. Fridgemaster customer service are not interested, despite their website saying their products should have 10 years expected life span and white goods in the UK are expected to last at least 7 years.

Do not waste your money on this brand, I would neither purchase again or recommend to anyone.

I've finally received response from Hisense (fridgemaster) Complaints re the impractical design of water dispenser when refilling. I've now been told the tank is designed to be removed which involves removing the tray that sits on top of it. This is particularly impractical & annoying due to the 10mm tray back meaning tray items fall out. Now to refill the 2.5 litre oblong shaped tank at the sink - impossible to hold & refill, whilst getting heavier refilling hurts my hands & impossible not to spill the water again whilst it's getting heavier - absolutely ridiculous & the most impractical design I've ever come across. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET WATER EVERYWHERE & in my case leaking down back of unit onto newly laid floor when trying to refill without removing tank.

I have purchased this fridge freezer from Argos in Sept 2022 for £675 including the discount.

About 2 months ago the LED light in the fridge section stopped working, being out of warranty and the replacement part costing just over £10 I order the part, that was not a big deal.

Yesterday when I opened the freezer door all the content had defrosted which had to be dumped in the bin and this morning I also realised that the fridge was not cooling anymore.

I proceeded to calling the customer care number which happens to be a third party by the name of Pacifica Group, I was told that as the product is out of the standard one year warranty I had to pay for a callout charge of £100 + VAT plus any parts needed which I proceeded to do as I have no choice and cannot live without having a fridge.

When explaining my disappointment with the brand to the customer care agent I was given a number of 03331237800 to speak to Fridgemaster directly and when calling this number I was greeted by Hisense who is the parent company and was told they did not deal with white goods products. Sadly every search I have done to speak to Fridgemaster directly and not Pacifica lead to nothing so essentially I am left with no option other than pay for the repair for a product that only lasted 18 months or buy a new fridge which is the option i will be taking as this brand is absolute junk.

This is the very first time that I had a white good product last so little after the one year warranty and I am disgusted by the quality of this fridge freezer especially when it cost so much money, I certainly expected this product to last as long as all the other items I have which is in excess of 5 years.

I will never ever buy this brand again.Never really kept food as cold as it should, milk was going off really quickly. Finally after having this fridge freezer for only 4 and a half years it gave up completely. I have bought second hand fridge freezers that have lasted longer. Also drawers are cheaply made and crack and the door shelf completely cracked and fell off .Complete waste of money .

Awful products and Customer Service. Purchased an American Style Fridge Freezer. 20 Months down the line it breaks completely and isnt cost effective to repair , just room temperature and making strange noises, Fridgemaster dont want to know and have tried to wriggle out of any responsibility

Total junk! Chest freezer insulation failed, replaced under warranty, second freezer same problem within 1 year and they refuse to replace it again. What a joke!

Bought a fridgemaster 1st Nov 2023 MC55240MDF. Hisense. When unpacked was a little black on the inside so washed down thinking it was maybe packaging or because it was new. In march my whole house was covered in black type soot. Complained to hisense and argos and both were unhelpful even under warranty they have done nothing to help the situation still without fridge freezer and spending a fortune on painting and replacing damaged goods. Had 3 engineer's out and because its concealed at the back they can't get into it. Stay away from these companies and manufacturers as they don't give a ! About customer service. Update. SPOKE TO ARGOS EXCECUTIVE OFFICE NOT PREPARED TO DO ANYTHING SO FINALLY AFTER MANY EMAILS AND PHONECALLS I AM NOW GOING THROUGH THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT. WILL KEEP UPDATING.

Paid £900 for a fridgemaster American fridge freezer and it died after 18 months. Only comes with a 1 year warranty, and their customer service have zero interest in helping you. Avoid this awful company at all costs!!!

Absolute junk 18 months with no problem and it just broke no warning and we lost an entire freezer full of food and from what I have seen they all break around the 2 year mark £500 down the drain and all the food

got just over 2 year out of it then suddenly stopped freezing definitely wouldn't buy anything from fridgemaster again save your money people

American fridge-freezer lasted under 2 years.
The website proudly states the fridgemaster products should last up to 10 years but they only give you 1 year warranty. Wonder why.

Poor, fridge freezer only lasted 36 months.
Waste of money.
I'll buy from a proper company next time
