Great Company!

From the beginning of my purchase to receiving the computer everything was handled fabulously. Communication was fantastic, and when I needed information the email was dealt with immediately.Would I use Fusion5 again? Absolutely! The delivery was very good, and the price for my all in one computer was very good.

Absolute rubbish

Bought a Fusion Tablet, failed within weeks. Software is poor, customer service non existent & refusing to refund, they continue to refuse to refund quoting Amazon's 30 return policy. Completing ignoring the consumer rights legislation. So in effect Fusion only offer a 30 day guarantee. Best advice avoid avoid avoid.

That said, we understand that life can get in the way, and unforeseen circumstances can arise. As such, if a customer contacts us within 30 days of the original purchase date, we are often able to offer flexible return extensions—and this approach applies across all our sales platforms, including Amazon.

For any issues that arise beyond this period, all of our devices are covered by a 12-months manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers faults and hardware failures that may occur with regular use. We do also offer a 90 days additional extended warranty at no extra cost, when registered via our Website

Can I take back my one star

Can I take back my one star? This tablet ( SERIES FWIN232) is terrible.Ii got it in January 2025 when I had to travel for an emergency. Right from the start the frustration began. It takes me multiple times to get it to turn on, then after I log in it closes down. I have tried to work with this unit but I am at my wits end. My advice to anyone is DO NOT BUY IT.

My wife and I are elderly (70 & 80…

My wife and I are elderly (70 & 80 respectfully) and do not enjoy good health. I purchased a Lapbook from Fushion5 as a present for my wife, regretfully we were not born in the computer age (an abacus was as technical as we had)Lol. However I attempted to load the usual information into the new machine only to make a complete hash of things and managed to get the Laptop locked. To my amazement the staff at Fusion5 offered to repair the machine under warrantee.

Each member of staff was supportive, understanding and very helpful - so rare today. If this was not enough they have installed 'Help' app plus being happy to chat over the phone if needed.

Not many companies still maintain the old principal of 'The customer comes first'. I for one would not hesitate is recommending Fusion5, not only for their outstanding customer service but also for an excellent Laptop which is value for money.

My wife and I would publicly state that the support, assistance and kindness of Fusion5's staff was second to none and we cannot thank them enough.

Miserable machine

This is a piece of hot garbage. It was a gift I received from my parents and I feel so bad for how much I hate it but this thing barely functions. It deletes my work when I type it, the cursor is constantly in the way and I can barely use it for day to day functions. The updates don't work and take forever to download and I am so enraged my parents got conned out of money for this worthless tablet. The company should be ashamed and embarrassed for trying to pass this off as anything other than cheap over priced trash

Dont buy this crap

The worst devices that exists, slow as fk, laggy as fk, no way to bypass microsoft loggin, also turns off randomly not wanting to turn on, gets hot very fast, per general the worst device for any type of work

Touch screen is no good for drawing

Touch screen is no good for drawing. On Photoshop 7 get a huge spike when the finger or pen first touches the surface, and in Photoshop cs6 it doesn't even make a mark

Not a good idea to purchase goods from…

Not a good idea to purchase goods from this company more hassle than its worth, sent my tablet for repair , had it sent back with the same issue , can't be bothered with it. Obviously won't be buying anything more from them to save disappointment, they don't even check the fault has been fixed before dispatching very odd. Thank you for your reply also for replacing the lcd screen , unfortunately replacing the screen has not fixed the issue.You must check the fault has been resolved before you send the tablet back. I will send you video via email showing you the issue please be aware it's only when the screen is black , pixellation is distorted , so obviously it will appear on the start on screen........you definitely have not checked this I'm absolutely certain. I had the problem independently analysed, The faulty screen is called burn in , unfortunately when I sent it back the screen was not replaced as stated there was no protective cover on the screen and still had the burn in where it was before I am deeply saddened by this unscrupulous company a real shame , but a lesson learnt Do not make the same mistake

Your tablet was returned to us with a reported LCD fault. Upon inspection by our technicians, no display issues were found. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we proactively replaced the LCD to ensure your peace of mind.

Following the LCD replacement, in line with our standard returns process, your tablet underwent a thorough quality control inspection, during which no faults were observed. We informed you that your tablet had undergone additional testing with no issues reported, and subsequently coordinated a return date and delivery location at your convenience.

Upon reciept of your device, our team noted several cosmetic scuff marks on the touchscreen; however, these were consistent with daily usage and are not indicative of a manufacturing defect.

As a reminder, all our tablets are shipped with two layers of protective film pre-applied to the screen. These films are intended to protect the display during storage and transit. They are not designed for extended use, as they can impact touch responsiveness and display clarity. This is outlined on the yellow information card included with your tablet.

We recommend checking whether the second, thinner protective layer is still applied to your screen. If so, you can gently remove it by lifting one of the top corners with your fingernail. This second layer can easily scuff and haze as it's not designed as a long term protective solution
