Return

I ordered the camera and supplies but my husband said they were not what we required so I tried cancel immediately but was told they have already gone to shipping
I need to return them now

Compromise

although it did take a bit of work and compromise from all parties, we did come to a viable completion.
I am happy with the results and I didnt need to wait forever for credit. I t was basically immediate. Very happy.

Cameras are NOT wireless

I had to contact customer service several times to track down my order. After placing the order, I finally received the items about 9-10 weeks after ordering. When we tried to install them, we realized that they were not wireless as advertised. These were supposed to be mounted indiscretly on the outside of our house and "plugged in". I still don't have the information to return the these items for a full refund.

Customer support really tried to help…

Customer support really tried to help me, but I’m elderly (84) and technically challenged. I think my iPhone is outdated - could nut download the QR code and activate the app needed for the cameras to function. I’ve finally given up and am requesting the information I require to process a refund.

Someone answered the help phone and…

Someone answered the help phone and started my product return process! I am hopeful that this process will continue to go in a positive direction. Person spoke clearly and gave good instructions.
