The app would not open and the product is supposed to work on Android. Noreturn address for returns is enclosed with the products. Very disappointed.

I bought 2 of these never came with QR Code

Apps could not be connected to my phone or my daughter phone. You have to get it on charge for it to work. Lastly I sent an email with help to set up the camera. Never get feedback and they refuse to give me my money back. It was after 30 days according to the lady. Bad product.

I bought these cameras 2 of them prior to reading reviews on trust pilot stupidly Ordered 2 of them arrived within 7 days , extremely poor quality. They also took 9.98 warranty out of my account and charged postage without my knowledge, I emailed them and to be fair to them they refunded me for the warranty immediately. I emailed them regarding the poor quality of the goods and they offered me half of my money back and I could keep them. I emailed them back and asked for a full refund, I had to fund the return myself at a cost of £7.50 which was special delivery and tracked next day return, I did this based on previous reviews as I was unsure as to whether I would get a refund. I rang my bank after reading reviews and apparently they had requested a recurring transaction which I never. Asked for so I reported my card stolen so that they couldn't get any more money from me. In their favour the goods I returned were received by them and 24 hours later the refund was in my bank. They also responded to me very quickly via email

I saw the slick advertisement on YouTube and was sold. Ordered 3 cameras and when I placed order through PayPal the company then offered a 4th camera at half price, and of course I took that offer and paid a little over $96 total.
I’ll now start with the bad.
Took 21 days for cams to arrive.
Pamphlet instructions are confusing.
App to run cams is not intuitive and crashes often.
If someone walks by camera it’s blurry.
Battery life is only 15 minutes so it needs a constant power source.
Magnet to hold camera on mount is weak.
Now the good….
Contacted Company via email and got response in two days.
They don’t offer a return slip or pay for return shipping and stated they would refund me $48 and I could keep the cams. I countered and told them I would accept a refund of $70 and keep the cams and they accepted my counter offer.
The $70 was credited to my PayPal account the next day and was in my checking account a day later.

I now have 4 useless cams of which I paid $26. Don’t know what it would have cost to ship them back but I’ll take this loss as a lesson learned!

If you want one of these go on ebay and buy for about £10.

Is a rip off.

Very flimsy product, badly packaged (squashed box) and no written brochure included. Online website for apps not written in English. Their website claims ‘full refund’ but they refused to pay for postage back to them (does not say customer to pay on their website) and insisted we pay that. Would not recommend them.

Got taken in by the youtube advert saying engineered by a couple of UK fellas, so glad I saw these reviews.
Returning now to get a few more Foscam cameras.

stay away . It’s a scam.
They have been taking money from my account over and over again without my permission. Every time I complain , they refund and a few days later they take the money back again , even though my order was cancelled but they still charged me for it . Stay away ! I have having a nightmare with this company.

I bought the very same item over 6 months ago from china. Exactly the same camera, colour, size and supposed qualities.
However, when I downloaded the app. I realised that everything the camera saw and did, was being routed through a Chinese server and then back to me.
Just whom in China was monitoring the comings and goings of not only callers to the house, but also the movements of my family.
Stay clear of this product folks.

Scam scam scam. Cheap inferior cameras. Items returned no refund given. Stay well away from this product.Feb 24. Issue arose. Dispute sat the credit card company. Despite the scammers reply to this post. They failed to engage with the credit card company. Oct 24 is when the replies to my post. Time line says it all.

I'm so glad for your serves, Trustpilot. I might have bought some but The terms and conditions on Spyfocus website didn't show completely so I came to Trustpilot as a second opinion.

Cameras do not work. App does not work. They offered 50% refund minus shipping. The cameras are junk so Inteturned them and they are offering a $15.99 refund of the $141.87 purchase price. I totally got scammed.

I am really, really glad I checked out this camera on Trustpilot as I was seriously considering buying one.
I feel for those of you who have been ripped off by this company and without your reviews I would have been taken in by this scam.
Can Paypal and Banks not be advised of this and refuse payments to be made to these people?

Pathetic miss advertising! They don't tell you it only works with the I phone. No return address either.

If I could give 0 stars I would! After waiting 2 months for them to arrive, I opened a package that looked very suspicious…no packing slip. I put one of the 6 I bought into position and it DID NOT WORK!!! No way to get ahold of them !!! My credit card company finally found a working number.?The foreign person on phone sent an email with a VERY caucasian blonde that I’m sure is Photoshop and I wonder if this poor woman knows her face is being used for such a dishonest company!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY THESE MINI CAMERAS!!!! THEY DO NOT WORK!!!

Why doesn't someone stop you tube selling these camera,electric heaters, etc etc all fake

NO CONFIRMATION OF ORDER NO EMAIL OR TEXT, I ORDERED 2 CAMERAS FOR £30 AND £125.89 WAS TAKEN FROM MY BANK. I CONTACTED THE BANK WHO ARE LOOKING INTO THIS SCAM AND THEY HAVE STOPPED FURTHER PAYMENTS BEING TAKEN, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BANK IF YOU HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM. YOUTUBE NEED TO BAN THIS SCAM VIDEO AND STOP THESE THEIVES, I WISH THEY HAD AN OPTION FOR 0 STARS ON HERE.
