The camera is a big scam and I need to return it asap. how do I go about it because the email I sent 2days ago did not come with any response. the world has come beyond scamming people just let people know exactly what you sell. Simple

This is a scam because although it says to scan the QR Code which is meant to be on the camera, there isn't one there. It does does not work and cannot be uploaded. The email address doesnot respond to emails either. Do not buy this product.

Not even worth 1 star. Dreadful product and after several attempts to get it working because they directed me to the wrong app. The quality is pathetic. Company refused a refund because I requested one more then 30 days after I received it. Mind you the support takes 24 hours to receive as I live in Australia. Also this only works with a 2.4Ghz network and it has to be about 5 meters from the router which is ridiculous. I had to upgrade to a 5Ghz network so the camera would never work. There are way better cameras on the market than this garbage. Its a complete ripoff.

I would not give this company even 1 star. I ordered this product on 10/17/23. I ordered three cameras that I have never received and it is now 11/11/23. I have emailed customer service twice only to be told in their auto-reply that to be eligible for a refund, I must return the product for their inspection.. Worst customer service ever.

Absolutely crap product supported by heavy adverts on YouTube.
I have complained to the credit card company and waiting to see what they can do.

Bought a couple of these rechargeable wi-fi surveillance cameras for £83 after seeing a slick advert on YouTube on the 1st September. It took about 10 days for the cameras to come.
Something made me feel uncomfortable after placing the order and I looked at online 1* reviews of these cameras. The same cameras are sold by EBay and suchlike for £5.99 and are of poor quality with poor battery life.
I received the poorly packaged cameras and indeed they were flimsy and not worth the price I paid.
I got in touch with customer service (I believe the company is based in Lithuania)
I found out I’d have to pay for tracked returns at my own cost to get a refund. Altogether there have been 22 emails between GetSpyFocus and myself. Over two weeks ago they said they had received my cameras to their warehouse but I’m still waiting for a refund and they have stopped responding to my emails. GetSpyFocus in in Vilnius, perhaps they should be instead known as Villains!
YouTube is also to blame for accepting adverts for this junk although there doesn’t seem to be an way I could find to complain about the advert

Rubbish, nasty video advertising - unlike some countries householders are not usually held at gunpoint in robberies in the UK. Advertising that deliberately tries to scare and presents an unrealistic impression of risk is a low tactic. Scam company - US telephone number but claim to be based in Lithuania - they cant even present a consistent story on their website.

The instructions provided are gibberish. The unit never connected with the so called app.
This is pure scam, I got suckered.
Stay away from this vendor - waste of $ and time.

Thanks all for a warning of scam - I was suspecting this when I saw the add on Youtube (shame on them for promoting scams) and just because I'm curious - I have decided to check it out - video with promotion looks much better than images on their website - you can see straight away that this is cheap Chinese piece of plastic.

Cheap plastic knock off with dodgy software you have to install. 'The download may be harmful' is the message I get from their 'App' that they PRETEND is coming from Play Store.

They say the camera is cord free - however it comes with a charging cable.
I wrote to the company to ask how long the battery lasts - "30 minutes" was the answer!
What a waste of time. I have not purchased this, and feel like it is totally misleading. I am going to report them to Youtube where I saw the ad too.

This is a Chinese scam. I fell for the 'British' youtube advert and paid over £100. The cameras are basic thin plastic rubbish, cant be used outside as suggested, there is no magnet, only a cheap sticky pad.
The unregistered Chinese app does not work, you cant link the cameras to your phone or wifi and the app wants full control of your phone including contacts!
The camera comes with no return address, no manual, only a message to say it will take at least 6 months to get a refund from paypal!!
This a9 mini wireless camera can be bought online for 2-3 British pounds, a total rip off.
Shame on Youtube!!!

The YouTube ad. Seriously? If you want to sell to home owners don’t insult housewives.

On there website they claim to have 4.7 from customer reviews, they lie, as you can see I am the first. Wouldn't touch this company at all. What else are they lying about.
