Could be better..

The product is neatly packaged. Delivery took some time but so happy it’s arrived. It’s day 2 and I can see a slight difference but nothing drastic however I have hope! There are no instructions within the box and had to look it up online. It suggests 0.75ml top and bottom however the syringes doesn’t show you how much to dispense and it only indicates 1,2 & 3 ml which would be beneficial if it was more specific.

The theeth whitening strips has worked…

The theeth whitening strips has worked well for me, i have yellow theeth due to excess coffe drinking, it would take me a few more strips to make them all white. I have started to see some difference. Patience is the key so im going to keep using to see the end result.

Good product so far

So far I’ve only used the whitening kit 3 times, so it’s a bit early to assess the results (hence only 4 stars- will change to 5 if happy with the final result). But it’s been easy and pleasant to use and there’s no sensitivity or discomfort so far.

Teeth whitening strips…

I bought some teeth whitening strips from HEYSMILE recently, and they have been great. Really simple to apply, and after a couple of applications, teeth look whiter already!

Love using HEYSMILE kit. Can see a difference already. Doesn’t have any funny after taste and is very easy to do!

Poor customer service

Paid for fast track delivery (supposed to arrive within 1-2 days), didn’t hear anything for a week not even a confirmation email. It took 2 weeks for it to arrive. No correspondence from the company at all, you would expect them to at least refund the delivery charge however my email was ignored

Item not received after 2 weeks

Ordered 2 weeks ago and paid for 48 hour tracked delivery. Company emailed on 22 August to say it had been dispatched but the Royal Mail tracking system says that they are yet to receive it. No response to my emails. Don't waste your money.

Slow delivery. 2-4 days it said but took 3 weeks. Customer service didn’t bother emailing back

Same as other reviews, nothing received and no response on enquiry.

Paid for 'express delivery' today is the last day for delivery and order just shows as 'order received'. As per other reviews no response from them regarding delivery enquiry. Shame really, will have to initiate a charge back if no response, so frustrating when you pay extra for a quick delivery.

Updated - one week on, I have had a response from HeySmile, order was dispatched apparently yesterday (one week after ordering). Tracking info from Royal Mail says they are still yet to receive it. HeySmile have advised they have refunded the delivery charge but this will take up to ten days, what will arrive first, the item ordered or the delivery charge refund, place your bets! Perhaps neither at this rate.

Delay in sending item

I hadn't received my order placed on 17th August. Order tracking states sent to Royal Mail but nothing further. I thought this was a scam but after having the response below to my Trustpilot review on the
27th August I had an email from Royal Mail to advise they had my order. I received it today 28th August. Thanks for the response below. 4 stars due to the delay and no communication to advise of this.

Ordered my items 2 weeks ago and haven’t even received any updates on them, not getting any replies back on my emails and the tracking doesn’t say anything at all. No updates whatsoever.
