House of Worktops Reviews

I have only ordered the samples but they arrived quickly and Imhope to order my new worktops soon.

Ordered samples on the 18th August it's now 26th August & have only just got notification that they are going to be delivered.

I emailed them on the 21st that i was concerned i had not received them & could I get an ETA as would need to get the order in b4 i returned to work.
They replied at 13.18 on the 24/06/2026 they are very sorry for delay they have a problem with courier.
Again emailed them expressing the importance of getting them ASAP. Got a reply that seamed suspiciously like AI.
"Dear Customer,
I’m very sorry for the inconvenience caused and completely understand that this has put you in a difficult position, especially with you returning to work on 1st September.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the disruption this has caused.
Kind regards,
House of Worktops"
At this point would it not of made sense to send the samples out as a next day delivery using a different courier?
This company does not care a single bit about its customers, either that or they are completely inept cowboys.

Ramya was incredibly helpful - over and above what I was expecting. I asked about oil for workshops and whether there were different colour stains. His response was very knowledgable and so helpful - thank you very much!

Excellent service from ordering on Tuesday to delivery on the Friday.Easy website to use and great communication from the friendly team.
Great quality worktop and easy to use measuring service

really happy with the worktop, and the quality, their youtube videos on how to coat it helped too, came in a good amount of time, thank you so much guys

Ramya was incredibly helpful and also honest can’t fault the chat online at all

Came across this website when researching worktop options, selected 3 samples which arrived promptly. Excellent service and looking forward to ordering when we have our kitchen plan completed.

Outstanding service. High quality product. Good prices. Fast delivery. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

Samples available, order checking, perfect cuts - not straight forward standard kitchen ones, but for a hearth. Excellent customer service, delivered as arranged. Couldn’t fault them in any way

Samples quick to arrive & good choice. Just need more time to decide!

Placed order online, customer then
changed their mind on worktop thickness, contacted House of worktops and they changed it with no questions asked and refunded the difference
Definitely use again and have recommended to customers

Two lovely worktops for our new kitchen. Good ordering experience. Sadly we did pay for rounded edges and they missed one edge but they have given us a partial refund that so they did make it better and promptly. Previously we had a delivery in a liveried van, whereas this time it was two guys in a white van who were pretty rude. Overall though very happy with our worktops - especially as this was the only place we could find a very long, double width worktop for our large island. We would still recommend despite the couple of glitches.

What a beautiful oak worktop! Delivere in such speedy manner. Thank you.

Easy website and lots of options to choose from at competitive prices, quick turn around time and helpful comments about extras you may have forgotten. Delivery was easy and drivers unloaded straight into the garage at the back. Only issue waa
was the time window given for delivery, it was completely out by many hours , and i could see on the tracking app that it would probably be the case but did restrict what I could do

Oak worktops are great quality and the SmoothGuard 5X Oiling System is well worth the extra. Delivery was fast and efficient, with great customer service from start to finish.

Early days in my 'experience', I ordered 3 samples of Compact Laminate last Thursday, they arrived today (Monday). Excellent fast service. The quality of the sample is great - I loved the option of the bevelled edge. I will certainly be ordering as I need a surface length of over 3m, so am very glad to have been recommended House of Worktops by my bathroom fitter.

A quick delivery of the worktop which seems solid and good quality. One service missed out in error, but the customer services were very efficient and helpful.

The worktops were delivered three hours earlier than expected which was a bonus to us. The guys placed the two pieces where we asked and did so in a courteous and friendly manner despite the day being extremely hot.
The finish of the worktops is great and we are really pleased and happy with them.
We would happily recommend the company to our friends and relatives.
