Ordering is quick and easy, communication just right and delivery made on time. I love my jewellery - it’s all beautifully designed and well made.
They look way prettier in real…and the packaging was just gorgeous. A huge tick for me is the eco friendly packaging.The team is brilliant if you have any questions and are highly responsive. Nothing is too much trouble for them to ensure you get the piece which is right for you.

Got a couple of rings for my wife and I was very surprised at the quality and value. Communication was really good with them. It’s a dangerous thing buying jewellery for your wife, but my mind was put at ease and it worked out great.
I got value for money and my wife got some jewellery that she absolutely loves.
I’ll buy from them again.

Unfortunately this review is not accurate.
The user admitted they were happy to keep the bracelet and also give it as a gift but eventually asked for money.
If you were disappointed with the bracelet, surely you wouldn't state you'd like to keep the bracelet and still give it as a gift to your sister, while praising our teams customer service throughout all of the emails?
To clarify, the first bracelet they ordered is perfectly fine but the second bracelet in the order is also in great condition, although the Titanium Druzy Gemstone has a slight slither of gray along the edge after it was exposed to harsh chemicals when the user admitted they wore it.
In later emails, they declared they have not worn it at all, so we see a contradiction.
This goes against the care instructions for this particular bracelet but she admitted it wasn't an issue and would still be happy to give it as a gift.
Unfortunately, the only reason this negative review occured is because they blackmailed us and stated "I will leave a nice review on Trustpilot" after we wouldn't give her a payoff and rejected our goodwill gestures.
After informing this is extortion and slander to cause harm for not giving her a payoff, therefore it is highly illegal, the user changed their name on the new account of this review to not be associated.
It is not nice to blackmail businesses with negative reviews in exchange for money and is not something we want to be a part of.
High Quality Product and Awesome Customer Service
I purchased their Halo Heart necklace for my girlfriend and she loved it. They really have high-quality products and they are really worth your money. However, it isn't just the products that make them renowned; it is their genuine interactions with their customers that make an all-time difference. It was such a pleasure to deal with their customer service as they always respond quickly and nicely. They are always willing to help their customers and this really sets them apart from other jewelry brands. I highly recommend purchasing from them.

Pretty and delicate
I bought white gold coated huggies and they look gorgeous. They are so cute and delicate that I wear them in my 2nd and 3rd hole in my ear. However, they look great as your main earrings too.
It locks pretty well as you put some pressure on the mechanism.
Very happy with prompt customer service and delivery.

Love my necklace
Love my necklace! The packaging was just as beautiful. I would definitely buy from here again. Not only was the delivery quick but I could track it the whole way. However, hands down the customer service has to be the best I have ever experience!!! It was quick and precise. If I couldn’t get something to work they could fix it. If I wanted some recommendations they would fit my budget and style to perfection. Most of all, they were incredibly polite and kind which is hard to find in many day today customers service. So if your reading this and think to yourself I want to treat myself or someone I love I promise this place won’t let you down ! :)
