Fabulous Item would highly recommend
I purchased the halo earrings and cannot recommend them enough. They really are a 2 in 1 product and can be dressed up and dressed down - meaning you have a pair of earrings for every occasion. Great quality products and customer service and received within the expected timeframe. Thank you!

I paid $200 for this set of 2 rings and…
Company customer service is thorough but the product is not quality at least from my own experience. Two of the topaz stones fell out and I only wore it once very light wear. I was told by CEO that it was from international shipping damages but I don't think I should have to personally go to a jeweler and have the stones replaced and then get reimbursed by your company. Just don't like the quality of the ring for the fairly high price I paid. I wouldn't even pay $5 for this ring honestly. I'll just chalk up a $115 loss on this product. I'm done with taking extra steps to fix the ring I'll just throw it away. But thanks for your efforts in resolving my matter. The other ring I purchased has been okay so far no issues.

Thank you for your updated review and I am glad to hear you can see we took the full investigation very seriously for your rare case and as mentioned, there isn't a single physical product in the world which has a 0% fault rate, especially when travelling from one continenent to another, as this can be damaged in the post.
I believe in the after service being crucial in that aspect.
We do appreciate you were as surprised as we were about the side stone falling out, hence why I really wanted to resolve your case in a satisfactory manner.
This is very rare and has happened to us when we purchased diamond jewellery from high street stores in the past but we gave the store the opportunity to repair this and we were understanding to the scenario.
I hope you can appreciate we are an e-commerce store and you are based in another continent, so the best we could do is offer to cover the repair of your ring, which would be far quicker than sending it back to us for a replacement but we are also out of stock for your size, as the ring has been very popular.
This is why we offered to pay for the repair costs at your local jewellers, which would be a 5 minute job but you declined and said you would rather throw the ring away.
This is extremely sad to hear, as it is a very beautiful ring, which has received a lot of favourable comments from our customers.
I do believe this is a fair resolution and I am sorry you would rather throw the ring away, which is not our intention when we designed and manufactured your ring.
We truly love the huge Amethyst centre stone in your ring but of course, I can't dictate what you would like to do with your own purchase.
Your ring was hand-made by expert artisans, which is a very time consuming process and we used ethically sourced AAA natural semi precious gemstones, made with only precious metals, while we pay a premium to our suppliers for the best quality.
I note that you stated you don't believe this is worth $5 in your opinion but if you do manage to find this for such a price, please let me know and we would be happy to hire your suppliers, who can use precious metals, ethically sourced natural premium gemstones, expensive designer pouches, cleaning cloths etc and invest hours in making a ring.
I am glad to hear you are happy with your other ring and you have not experienced any issues with this.

I ordered The Universe Ring (Mystic Topaz 18k Yellow Gold Vermeil) and it is truly beautiful - actually, I like it even better in real life because it has this beautiful rainbow shine especially in daylight!
The shipment took some time because of COVID19 caused delays and border closing etc. That said, the support team could not have been more helpful and detailed in their replies and proactive research and updates on the shipment. They went above and beyond which on such a level is an absolute rarity (belive m, I shop online a lot)!
Great overall experience and amazing piece of jewelry - definitely recommended!

I'm sorry to see you are not completely in love with your beautiful ring but I am glad to see you love the ring regardless.
I have looked at the listing and we have been very transparent with the ring, as we have included several pictures, including lifestyle pictures and shown a picture of the ring on someone's hand.
We have also included a very detailed description, as well as included all of the measurements to make sure there is no confusion (most jewellers doesn't provide as much detail) but I can appreciate sometimes we have different expectations unless we see it with our own eyes.
Nevertheless, I am happy to hear you love the ring, as the gemstones are absolutely gorgeous on your ring and is suberbly handcrafted by our expert staff.
For future reference, we do however have a range of rings with larger centre stones and I would be more than happy to personally help you with choosing your next purchase from our stunning range.

i contacted Mr Yusuf (owner of InfinityXInfinity) and he was simply amazing. he made sure i had all the assurances in the world about his products with the questions i had, and even stayed on the chat with me for nearly an hour while i was scrutinising his website and items. when i finally chose, a discount was honoured for me that had been offered in the chat, and i have since received the ring in question and presented it to my other half, who absolutely loves it. definite 5* and will be back again in the future!

The customer service has been so awesome, I purchased my product and it was seamless, received a notification straight away, then a personalized email with my delivery information, so I could easily track myself. I even received a personal email from the CEO. Hello Mr Chase Caughman,
I'm sorry to see this review but as mentioned in the multiple lengthy emails we sent to you, upon my investigation on Christmas eve evening and Christmas day, we cannot provide compensation and it is unrealistic to expect "next working day delivery" from the UK to USA, especially via the postal system just before Christmas.
As also explained, your package was dispatched the same working day (during UK operational hours) via international tracked shipping and this needs to travel from the UK to USA via a flight, as well as go through customs, border control and then passed on to your local postal service etc, so all of this takes time.
Please also note due to Covid, the postal system has required to implement new increased measures for the well-being of staff and the end user but as a result, there has also been a huge decrease/cancelled flights and closed borders etc during a worldwide pandemic, which has intensified over the last week.
I hope you can appreciate and understand all of this is beyond any businesses control, as the postal system requires to adhere to Government advice/procedures.
We have also provided full tracking information on the date of dispatch, which I will also provide again via email but please note that tracking is not updated by us, it is the tracking by the UK and USA postal system, which is beyond any companies control.
I will send you another email with the tracking number and direct link and I will also copy and paste the tracking journey, which has multiple updates but please note if the next step of the journey hasn't been updated, it doesn't mean there isn't any tracking, it just means it may be in the sorting office or it may have just not been updated on the system yet but rest assured, we upgraded your order with full insurance and tracking.
You are also very welcome to contact Royalmail or your local postal service in America for updates by providing the tracking number, which I am going to email you again.

Poor service flexibility
The quality of the ring is good, but the services are not flexible at all. I ordered a ring, and the size was small, the best they could tell me was to go and enlarge it at my own cost. With the excuse that shipping it back to them will be more costly. I don't think this is the best way to treat a customer. Now the ring to me is useless and more wasted.

I am glad to hear you like the quality of our jewellery but I am sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with our service, so I will address this.
The ring you purchased was a little over £30 in the super sale promotion (excluding subsidised international shipping) and was dispatched in the correct size, as you requested and this is the largest size we have in stock of this particular ring.
We had an in depth conversation discussing your options and you felt it was our obligation to cover international shipping costs back and forth to yourself + cover resizing fees back in the UK, which is time consuming and much more expensive.
This was also for a heavily discounted promotional item to cater for a ring size, we don't offer in this particular ring but you also refused to resize it at your local jewellers.
Please remember, it isn't our responsibility to know your ring size when you place an order, which isn't suitable for your partners finger and your request would mean a very heavy loss for us, at no fault of our own.
As you stated, the quality of the ring is good, so I hope you will either reconsider getting it resized or give the ring as a gift to a loved one, as the festivities is fast approaching.
Thanks again for placing an order with us and I hope to see you again in our store but please do check your size before placing an order with any jewellery supplier, especially when it's an international purchase.
