Great service and fitting was good. All in one price a revelation

Walked past the Richmond store on a stroll, popped in for a look, and ended up with tapas, prosecco (sourced from a Spanish restaurant nearby) and a pair of polarised sunglasses I genuinely love.

I'd been eyeing a similar pair of Ray-Bans at roughly twice the price.. around £200 vs £100 here. The Iolla pair wins on fit, colour and overall look, and the polarisation has been a game-changer after years of squinting through non-polarised Ray-Bans in the London glare.

Same quality, half the price, much nicer buying experience. Highly recommend.

Great selection, great service, great price options. I was only in Edinburgh for a few weeks and my glasses would not have come quick enough so I got them sent to my home in Canada. I was notified at every step that they were shipped and on the way. So pleased with my new glasses too.

Took a lot longer to get my glasses than was initially advised.

Great experience, lots of frames to choose from and friendly staff willing to help.
I chose to add the reactalite but on picking up my new glasses decided it wasn't for me, I was offered new glasses without the reactalite and refunded the extra cost no fuss, excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend Iolla

Great staff...really friendly and knowledgeable. It's a pleasure going into the shop. The staff know when to approach and when to leave you to just browse.
My varifocal lenses were made specially for my driving...I drive with my head slightly back, so the distance part of the lense extends further to the middle to compensate. All my family are keen customers and all have several pairs of glasses for different occasions. We cannot recommend iolla highly enough.

The glasses are lovely. Nice and light- weight on my face. Also used the opportunity to have my old frames assessed for using as a spare with new lenses

I love my new Poet’s Edit glasses. They feel great on and the varifocal viewing is fabulous.

My glasses arrived a little later than expected but when I did receive them I was absolutely delighted and well worth the wait. The 'try on' feature was great and really helped me decide which/what type of frames suited my face. Ordering was so very simple and website very easy to navigate and use. The quality of these prescription glasses is truly exceptional and at such a low cost. The glasses I received from this company were better and cost less than a third of what I paid last time in a high street opticians.
