From selecting to receiving was effortless

Loved the store and the choice. Unfortunately the shades I picked weren’t in stock, so it was assumed I would take the tester ones from the shop. I wasn’t happy to do this, and felt I should have been given an option. However I asked about delivery of a new pair, arranged this and they arrived promptly, so pleased with service. Thank you

Having spotted some frames that I fell in love with, I decided to give Iolla a trial - I’m now the owner of three pairs of their fabulous glasses and will be adding more in due course.

Range of frames was at first a little bit limited for my personal preference but soon found a pair I liked.
Staff were super helpful and once I'd made the decision to order the process was really easy.
Glasses arrived on schedule and nothing was too much trouble to ensure they fit perfectly.

I have never received my order! The tracking keeps saying the same, that’s the order is leaving the UK. I placed my order March 21. Today is April 15, almost one month later, still have not received the order or Monday back! Very disappointing experience!

Easy online experience, including virtual try on. Seemless ordering and quick delivery. Fantastic choice of styles. In person service is always friendly and helpful, too.

Lovely glasses; excellent value. Had to wait a little while before I was served initially but that is ok - it shows they weren't rushing the person in front of me! I haven't used them for lenses (being filled by my usual optician as I have issued) so cannot comment on that part of the service. I don't think they have an inhouse optician.

I have been a huge fan of Iolla since it opened in Stockbridge but found the staff at Bruntsfield unhelpful when I wanted to place an order I needed glasses urgently so went straight to St James centre and placed the order .

The staff strike a good balance between being helpful and friendly and giving you space to just have a browse. The glasses are great and for my prescription quite cheap.

Loved the fact that when I entered the store staff approached me to acknowledge I was there then left me to browse, no hassle/sales chat. Amazing selection to choose from and crystal clear pricing system, no hidden extras. Love the virtual try on too. Online ordering was smooth and glasses arrived quickly, perfect fit.
