The puck up of our car was very easy…
The puck up of our car was very easy after we arrived at the Vienna Airport. Our drip off was equally easy and just a 10 min drive to the airport. Someone from Klass Wagen drove us in our vehicle directly to the terminal .

Excellent service. Very clear instructions. They have got the car to the airport which made it much easier for us and dropped back at their office and the shuttle was just 10 min away.

The best employees
The employees were extremely professional and friendly. The service was excellent, and the staff were very patient, helpful, and understanding with customers. I honestly did not expect such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Renting a vehicle in Vienna
Booking out car was very easy using Bookings .com and the prices are reasonable. The staff at Klass Wagen were very helpful and the car itself was new man’s clean. We enjoyed working with the staff who gave us helpful tips about driving in Europe and where to get the best gas etc. we recommend Klass Wagen and will use them again next time we travel to Vienna.

Excellent Service and Amazing Car

Nice car and good price
To pick up the car was very good, fast and clear, clean and nice car, the Romanian boy was very polite.
We wanted to drop off the car at 4:00 am (as I indicated in the reservation), no one was in the office at that time and no one tell us how to proceed in this case if no one is there, we waited more than 40 minutes. I had to call the phone to get someone to come. There was a big danger of missing our flight.
For sure I'll use again the company, I already know how to proceed with earlier drop off. :)
This is the reason why I give 4 stars, If it weren't for this case I would definitely give it a 5.

Pick-up service could be better
Pick-up service left much to be desired. I had to do normal international phone call to an automated answering machine and still couldn't get through the line for the shuttle bus pick-up. Finally I had to email to the customer service and the staff came about 45 minutes after my scheduled time. The registration was a long process and by the time I could drive off, it was 1.5 hours. Of course, there was plus selling of in-house insurance and it's almost impossible to reject it or else I had to expect crazy charges and €3k deposit.
The car was handed to me at 25% fuel. Although I'd be required to return it at the same level, I had to find a pump station before setting off (already lost much time with the waiting and registration).
Midway of the rental period, I tried calling the car rental staff, to ask about vignette. There was no answer.
Nevertheless, the car's condition was satisfactory.
