En Booking no daban indicaciones de que era una empresa que opera fuera del aeropuerto. El personal es muy amable pero nada salió como esperábamos. Creo que las indicaciones deben ofrecerse antes. Devolvimos el el coche un día antes al encontrarnos la situación tan extraña de tenerlo que devolver en medio del campo.

Nos gustaría informarle que nuestro modelo de operación, incluyendo el hecho de que nuestra oficina se encuentra fuera del aeropuerto, está indicado en la plataforma de Booking, junto con el servicio de traslado que ofrecemos desde y hacia la terminal. No obstante, entendemos que esta información puede no ser siempre suficientemente visible y agradecemos su sugerencia al respecto.

Once arrived a contract with limited coverage insurance has been shown to us.
It was late, misuderstandins or whatsoever ... we have signed a new contract of insurance.
Suggestion: clear info from your desk.

This was my first time renting a car…
This was my first time renting a car from your company, and it was a very bad experience. Both the fact that it was located outside the airport and the fact that the terms and conditions weren't clearly visible in the rental agreement bothered me greatly. Your rental terms are very strict compared to other rental companies, and the stringent conditions you impose for traveling to other countries are very disturbing. Because of the foreign license plate, in every country I visited, police officers on the highways searched the car extensively, putting me in a very uncomfortable situation. Renting a car from you was a very painful experience for me. From now on, I will read all the rental terms and conditions very carefully, and I will not consider renting from you again unless I am in a very difficult situation.

Good experience, but with some room for improvement
I got a free upgrade of the car and that was nice. The waiting time for the shuttle is a bit too long and the overall time between Terminal and taking the car is quite long. Making up some issues with my credit card and trying to sell a very expensive extra insurance were a bit annoying.

Watch out, they are scammers. Horrible experience, I am often traveling abroad for work and I never have encountered such a bad and unprofessional company. Do yourself a favor and avoid them, especially if you are Dutch.
They are not at the airport but a shuttle ride quite far away. I booked through rentcars and had a good coverage there for insurance claims, and as expected they try to talk youbinto buying additional insurance with them. However, this would have been more than 50% the price of my reservation. They then proceed to mention that they have the original booking but I can only get it if I have a credible card with my full name. Dutch credit cards are always issued with initials and then your last name, so this was not possible. They kept asking for a statement which does not exists and if I could not provide it, they would not respect my reservation and I could only get the car for double the price they also refused to use their own brains and deduce from all provided identification, me showing the apps and all other proof that it was my credit card. Worst of all is when I called rentcars who asked if they could speak to someone from Klasswagen, and the employees just refused, got offended and mentioned they have no business with hem eventhough they offer their services through their platform. I asked if they wanted to helo me and they made it very clear that they did not, so I had to leave and get another booking. When calling with rentcars and with my bank they both said the same thing, watch out because they are trying to scamm you. This was further shown because I heard 2 other customers right after me having similar experiences and also being coerced into buying the more expensive option, some not even eligible to get a refund.

For security reasons, the credit card must display the full name of the main driver, as also stated in our terms and conditions. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions to these requirements.
Regarding insurance, optional coverage is always presented to our customers, along with explanations about third-party insurance limitations. The final decision always remains entirely with the customer.
