Excellent customer service
I rang today to chase up an ongoing refund which has been outstanding for more than 18 months
Every call so far has resulted in me being told that it would be investigated and someone would get back to me soon
Unfortunately the situation has not been resolved until today when I rang with the intention of making a complaint to the financial ombudsman
Today Jack dealt with my issue and has resolved it
Im very grateful for his kind words and incredible customer service
He needs to be acknowledged for his actions
I have spent hours on hold and months of waiting for someone who would effectively deal with this matter
In spite of escalating a complaint and being contacted back by a manager it still not sorted until today

normally I’m calling up with complaints…
normally I’m calling up with complaints they have found out to activate a SIM card I received I spoke to a guy called Shaq. I think he lives in a shack but on the hole he was an absolute legend so helpful. Answer all my questions quickly no hesitation and his knowledge was 2nd to none. This guy is really an asset to this company certainly changed my views of the company until I call again and speak to somebody else.

Awful communication- service help and support is non existent. We waited in long queues and passed through to different companies and departments. Avoid at all costs.
You have to wait over 30 minutes to be put through to an advisor and can’t speak to anyone online for support.

Stay well away from this company. They promised a handset and never delivered it then when I cancelled the contract 2 days later when I realised what they were about they demand extortionate amounts of money. The employees are very pushy for you to write a decent review. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They will come with bounce discounts to you!!
After 1 year the bounce discount gets cancelled then they require you to sign up ( you have to) 3 year contract with doubled up price leaving you with no choice left!! STAY AWAY!!
