Stay well away from this company
Stay well away from this company. They promised a handset and never delivered it then when I cancelled the contract 2 days later when I realised what they were about they demand extortionate amounts of money. The employees are very pushy for you to write a decent review. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They will come with bounce discounts to you!!
After 1 year the bounce discount gets cancelled then they require you to sign up ( you have to) 3 year contract with doubled up price leaving you with no choice left!! STAY AWAY!!

Awful company. Communication nonexistent. Been waiting 5 weeks for a new phone - Nothing from them at all only bills. Not even got the phone and they are charing me for calls Im not making!!! Avoid them like the plague!

Jesus, I could write a trilogy of books on how bad and incompetent this company is.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!
If I could leave negative stars I would!. Entered into a contract last October (which was misrepresented). Be very careful, the way they sell you the contract and the way it actually operates is totally different. You have to constantly chase them for money owed, and I'm here 6 months later and still no handset.
Customer service is at best rude and at worst complete inept. Do yourselves a favour and avoid business contracts, especially through a subsidiary of the network provider. Go direct!
I've now terminated the contract for fundamental breach which I'm being constantly threatened with early termination charges...FOR A CONTRACT THEY HAVEN'T FULLFILLED!!
Happy to go onto court on this one. Businesses shouldn't be able to operate like this.
If you've read this far, please take this advice, DO NOT USE KYNEX!!!!!!!

Don’t trust 5-star reviews, they aren’t genuine.
They promise a lot before you sign, but don’t keep any of it. It’s shocking that these scammers are based in the UK, since you usually expect calls like this from abroad. They confuse you to the point that you don’t realise how you’ve been tricked. It’s also disappointing that 02 works with this company just to gain more customers.

the worst company ive dealt with…
the worst company ive dealt with constant lies, terrible communication, hidden terms in there contracts.
monthly discount promised takes months to get if you ever do, the buy out of old contract is estimated at 12 months to receive payment back
constant call to try and get answers to be quoted hidden terms and no help at all.
