Received call from Jake at Kynex with regards to my account. Jake managed to reduce my monthly payment and talked me through the new contract professionally. I was then put through to Murray who went through the final details. Both Jake and Murray very pleasant and professional.

the worst company ive dealt with…
the worst company ive dealt with constant lies, terrible communication, hidden terms in there contracts.
monthly discount promised takes months to get if you ever do, the buy out of old contract is estimated at 12 months to receive payment back
constant call to try and get answers to be quoted hidden terms and no help at all.
STAY AWAY THEY ARE LAIRS AND CON ARTISTS...
