Highly recommend Helen Davis. Whilst the company is mostly a digital self serve proposition for landlords, it is not yet possible to fully self serve in several areas - especially when tenants leave / new ones need to be sourced. Helen has done an excellent job at filling this gap and taking accountability for ensuring things happen when they need to and especially when issues arise - she's an asset to the company.

My experience was great thanks to the diligence, proffesionalism, expertise, empathy and kindness showed by Abigail Morgan. Since the very first phone call she provised acurate and effective advice which made me value your company even more. She looked after my needs from beginning to end od process. It took us less than 3 weeka to rent our house and she was always at our side happy to answer any number of queries.

Dream process from application through to tenancy!
We have been able to see the process of our application, through to acceptance and into tenancy right the way through and the transparency has been amazing. Letting A Property have been brilliant (as has our new landlady) and we have never had any issues with getting in touch or with getting fast, helpful responses. Particular names that have stuck out are Casey (Tenancy Manager) and Ryan (I have spoke to him on the phone a few times).

Great experience
We had a great experience finding a rental through lettingaproperty. Very professional and communicative, timely replies and a very clear and simple process from start to finish. Relocating can be stressful but our letting coordinator Ryan made this aspect of moving feel easy. The app has also been very easy to use.

it a nice house and the landlord has made
someone to paint. Everything is okay and the ones which are not okay the landlord has asked someone to fix them. Everything else is fine. we really like the house.
